Description of Work: Replaced a leaky faucet and solved the problem we were having with long times to get hot water with a water pump. Very pleased with their knowledge and professionalism.

Description of Work: They did not do the type of work I needed. DB Plumbing research the problem, sent me an email outlining the problem and telling me who to contact to have the problem fixed.

Description of Work: It was a Saturday. The toilet flash valve broke, I couldn't shut the water off and I was in a panic. I knew they were closed on Saturday but called any way hoping they could help me. And they came out lickety split, fixed my problem by replacing the entire inside of the toilet, and I was able to have a weekend without worry. I can't say enough about DB Plumbing. This isn't the first time I've used them. They are alway spot on. Professional. Exude customer service. They went above and beyond - not only by answering the phone on a Saturday, but actually coming out to help me and resolving my problem. Thank you DB Plumbing!

Description of Work: We contacted DB Plumbing at 8AM yesterday after hearing a loud cracking noise at the base of the commode in the master bath the night before, and then discovering that the commode was not stable. To our surprise , we advised that the plumbers would arrive at noon the same day. In fact, Donald Barnhouse, the owner, arrived at our house on time and discovered that the plastic flange was cracked. He replaced the flange with a more durable metal flange. He also replaced an outside hose bib that was leaking. All was done in record time and reasonably priced. We commend the owner of this company. He gives great service.! We have already passed his name and phone number on to our relatives who have a second home here in this area, and plan to pass it on to neighbors and friends who may find a need for a plumber in the future.
