+ -1 moreWe arranged a time for Chas to look over the exterior of our home. He arrived promptly and gave us his estimate for the job. He was paid by the job and not by the hour. He provided all of the materials and reported to work on time weather permitting. He completed all of the work and removed all of the damaged wood, and leaving our exterior with no debris. We will certainly call him back when we have more work.
Description of Work: Chas Wallin repaired and replaced some of the wood on our house that had rotted. He did an excellent job! He was very dependable.
