Recently bought an older home (built in 1980) that needed some interior remodeling. Searched for a general construction and remodeling contractor near Carolina Beach and the Wilmington area. Found Custom Living Construction on Google and contacted them for an estimate. The owner, PJ came out on time and was prepared for all my questions! I had lots of ideas for different projects and wasn't quite sure where I wanted to begin. PJ was able to guide me based on my budget and time frame. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Will definitely use Custom Living Construction again in the future.

Very well. We were extremely satisfied with P.J., from first contact through job completion. He called and to tell us he was on his way and what time to expect him. He did a great job building the cabinet and installing the panels, cleaned up after working and he came back after the painting was done to do some finishing work (caulking, reinstalling the utility sink). So happy we've found someone who can do numerous projects in our home for us. We would highly recommend him.

Custom Living handled everything from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, understanding and extremely neat in doing the work. Their work was high quality paying attention to details allowing us to feel comfortable knowing the outcome would exceed our expectations. We would never consider using any other company for repairs and or renovations to our home.

It went great! Upon my initial meeting with them, I explained all of the work that I needed done. They courteously took the time to explain all the details of the work that was to be done and the time frame. I was on a strict schedule and needed everything completed prior to moving into the house. They completed everything in a very timely and professional manner. The quality of workmanship actually far exceeded my expectations (from any contractor). The wall they built looks like it had always been there. They took the time to match hard to find trim and to exactly match the paint that was already in the rooms. In fact, visitors to the new office can't believe that the wall is a new wall! Excellent quality!
