Bill is a licensed plumber and a sales rep. for Culligan. He has installed hundreds of water softeners in the Wilmington area. He did not pressure us to purchase and offered possible solutions when asked. The softener was installed in our hot water heater closet and is working very well. Great experience and the cost was less than half of the estimate from Rain Soft.

Great !! Water Softener was installed in the garage to supply the whole house and a drinking water system was installed in the kitchen. ' Bill' explained the functions of both systems to us again after the installation. We are pleased with our choice of products and their customer service.

They are great. They deliver when they say they would deliver and all you have to do is call. I pay $8 to rent the machine and it is $6.25 for 5 gallons of spring water and I get for a month and when you exchange the bottle you get some money back.

They are always on time, always do a great job, they have been wonderful. They are very compassionate and very helpful. They have bent over backwards to help us. There product is excellent.
