Great! Called on Wednesday and they were there as promised on Friday.

Tightened the coil and lubricated all moving parts. Checked that safety systems were working properly.

No problems. Appointments were kept as scheduled, excellent advice was given, and we are pleased with the final result.

They did a really good job. He said the spring that I had in the door was a waste, because it was oversize. He put in a standard sized spring to save me money. The new spring that he put in would last the same amount of time as the oversize one that was put in by the person who built the house. The main tech has recently suffered a heart attack. They have a very good reputation for doing good work and most of it was due to him. I'm sure they have other good techs, but he was the best. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an overhead garage door company.

Technicians were great. Scheduling and coordination were less than desired.

Tech was very cooperative and professional. I was impressed that he removed hinges and loosened tracks to replace rollers rather than the shortcut of bending the tracks. He also lubricated the new rollers before installing them. He relocated the wall mount operator at my request and took the time to realign my track. He properly adjusted the spring tension and adjusted the door to get it level.

We called on a Monday, they weren't able to come out until that Friday. Were told, $150, ended up being $200. We're expecting them to come by in the afternoon, they had another job in Hubert and didn't make it to is until after 5 PM.

He replaced the wire and it worked perfectly. I also had him install a keypad on the outside of the door so it would be easy for us to take our bikes in and out.

They were not able to give same day service, but with my appointment, they were prompt and professional. All fixed now, and quiet and smooth. Excellent work. Took a half hour.

Jason repaired my 300# garage door in 40 minutes. Such skill, professionalism, and care for the customer is refreshing. The rails were bent and cables sprung. The garage was full of boxes and furniture. He carefully worked around all of this. Great service!

Icredibly responsive. I called late in the afternoon as they were closing and getting ready to go home. The office representative caught the workmen before they left and they were here within the hour, late as it was. Very thorough and competent. I really could've waited until the next morning but they over-achieved in my expectations coming as quickly as they did.

My husband was getting something off of a top shelf in the garage and lost his balance. The garage door broke his fall but in doing so it knocked it off its track badly and appeared to warp it badly. We go on Angie's List and chose to contact Crawford Door Systems. They sent a rep out the very next morning. My husband met with him in the garage for a very short time and when he came back in the house I asked how much it was going to be and how long it was going take. He laughed and said that it was already fixed! The rep that came to give us the estimate fixed it while he was there and it was only $80. We both were amazed!

Great service. They fixed the single garage door opener in about 5 minutes. The tech showed me what was wrong and how to prevent the problem in the future. They then installed a new Liftmaster opener on the doublewide door in a couple of hours. The installer had to work around an existing wire problem which he did in a very professional manner and was quite satisfactory. I also received the extra opener button per the angies list promotion they ran.

The tech, Tom, showed up on time and immediately got to work. He was very friendly, professional and confirmed that the main gear was stripped (exactly what the the lady on the phone had thought). He had the correct parts on hand and quickly fixed the opener. Being new to town he also provided us with some good recommendations on where to shop and some good restaurants! There was no attempt to up-sell us on a brand new opener, just fixed the problem at hand. Very much appreciated.

They came out and fixed my garage door when I was having trouble. I took my garage door opener to their office when I was having issues with it.

He didn't spend more than 3/4 of an hour but he got it all done. I didn't compare prices but I thought it was reasonable. He was very quick to respond.

jFine. The only suggestion I would have is that the telephone contact inform the customer that the installer could recommend a higher priced model depending on the customer's situation. Overall, I would use this company again and recommend it to others.

The woman who came to do the estimate showed up on time and was very knowledgeable helping us decide the best & most economical door. The process was very easy with no pressure and the turnaround time was very fast. The installation was flawless and the doors, track and opener were all installed very well.

They were really good. Definitely an A for responsiveness.

Service tech showed up at the agreed upon time, we had to return to work, so we left him in the garage to do the install. He called us when he was finished, and we returned home to check on the finished job. Could not be happier with the results.
