COMPUTER MEDICS

I was told it would be ready in 10 to 14 days. After about 2 1/2 weeks I called because I hadn't heard anything. I was told the computer was being delivered after the weekend. On Tuesday, I called and asked again. Again, I was told the computer had not been delivered to them. I became frustrated and asked why was it taking so long. I had been without a computer for 2 1/2 weeks. I told them I could have gone to Walmart and bought a computer two weeks ago. She told me she was certain it would come in any day. Approximately 20 minutes later I received a phone call from the owner yelling at me, telling me I could go to Walmart and get my computer. Said he was doing a favor for me. And then said, I have your computer. I can deliver it tomorrow. Although he was rude, I wanted to get the computer and be finished. Yes, the next day the computer was delivered. It had absolutely nothing close to what I ordered. No Microsoft Office, ONE extra drive, (D drive) etc.. It was virtually empty. I had requested to transfer all the information from my old computer into the new one. She gave me a disk; no offer to help install it. I did not call back again. I was so shaken from his call, I decided to take my losses. But it has bothered me all this time. He yelled at me. Yelled! I can understand his frustration with me, but to call me and yell at me? On his bill, he has a quote from scripture: A man is as good as his word. Yeh.
