Greeted professionally by Susan and Glenn; quoted me a best- and worst-case price. delivered on the best case price. Courteous, informed me when the PC could be picked up, I will be sure to use them and recommend them without reservation to all.

We found ComputerFixx (Glen and Susan Caton) in 2011 and have been happy and calm about our computers ever since! Whatever the issue, Glenn can fix it. All of this time, we have known that Glen built computers, but assumed the cost would be prohibitive. Turns out, it wasn't! My husband uses his computer 8-9 hours a day, so we decided to try to get the best one possible this time instead of making the trip to Best Buy or Costco. Glenn asked questions so that he could determine what components would be best and suddenly we know the difference between a crummy mass-produced machine, pre-filled with ad-ware and a lightning fast perfectly loaded computer. ComputerFixx is incredibly fair in its pricing and Glen and Susan are professional and efficient, but also kind and gracious. They make sure that you, as the customer understand everything and are completely comfortable before you leave. They tell you not to hesitate to call if you have a problem. It's almost impossible to find a computer expert who speaks and quot;average person on the street!and quot; We have found that and will be forever loyal.

I am happy with my printer and I have had no issues with my wi-fi in my house. He is very nice,clean, and business-like man. He was focused on the issues I was having and was very successful. If I have any other issues with my computer I will call him again.

My printer would not print work from either computer. It had been working previously. He found that some how the setup had changed in both computers and the printer. He reset the programs.

It went fabulously. Glenn is the most qualified computer professional that we have found in Wilmington. His certifications are top-notch. He is clearly qualified to do major jobs for large and small companies, but he is also the best around at helping a typical computer user who is in a jam or needs to get a new computer set up. The great thing for the regular guy on the street is that instead of speaking "computer," Glenn is expert in translating what you are trying to get help with. And, he clearly explains his process. In our case, after cleaning our computers, he patiently educated us, advising step-by-step, the best means of keeping malware off of our computers. He is calmest, most straightforward computer guru we have had the pleasure of getting help from in Wilmington. When my husband was sure that a virus had come back, Glenn had him bring the computer back in and went through it once again -- and was kind enough not to charge us. His time is valuable and his income, so it was a very kind gesture. We have talked with and used other computer repair services in Wilmington and now would not go anywhere except Computer Fixx.
