this company is a nightmare. After telling them about our business, call volume and what we needed, they estimated 2 hrs of programing cost and put us on a plan with 150 minutes per month. On my first invoice they billed me 6 hrs for programing. After programing their system to receive our calls, I made 2 test calls. Both times I was put on hold for an extended period of time.On one of these calls no one ever came back and answered my call. The issue that bothered me the most about this company was their billing. the invoices gave you no basic information (ie, the period of time that charges were being billed for, The number of minutes used etc.) I asked for a call report that showed the details of my calls and how many minutes were being used and they thought I was crazy for my request. They would never address my questions directly and avoided giving me anything that I needed to monitor my calls and billing.
Description of Work: they are suppose to answer our phones and fax over messages to our office. we agreed on a plan that included so many minutes per month.
