I recently had the pleasure of working with John and his team on a deck rebuild project at my house, and I have to say that I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. John and his crew were extremely professional and communicated very well. The decks and fencing quality were excellent. Pricing was very fair and allowed us to have some things within our budget that we would've had to go without with most other companies. We fully recommend Coastal Built Construction.

The remodel looks fabulous and John was very accommodating and helpful. While there were a few things that needed to be adjusted before they were done, the final results exceeded our expectations.

John and his team always do a great job! They are professional and helped completely demo design and renovate an air Bnb downtown for us. John made great selections and even brought some options to my house for us to look at and pick from. Phenomenal work and affordable pricing. Highly Reccomended.

We have worked with John and his crew before, and they never disappoint. We are now living out of town and thanks to John we were able to complete work on a condo we own in a very short window of time. He is efficient, very trustable, reliable in every way and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He leads a very good crew also. In this job, they repaired drywall, replaced baseboards, added new quarter round, redid the entire flooring in the unit, painted, and they were willing to do lifting and moving furniture to accomplish this. I would rate John at 5 out of 5 in every area, and I would not use anyone else in or around Wilmington, NC. Thank heavens for his strong work ethic, and his knowledge and expertise, and his ability to organize his crew within a short time frame!

One of the best contractors I have worked with in 17 years of owning a few homes. Prompt, fair, responsive, and knowledgeable as well as generous with time and advice. Quality workmanship and stays in touch till you are completely satisfied. The whole team is friendly and reliable. Glad to have come upon John and his crew at just the right time to kick start a big exterior renovation project for this do it yourselfer. Definitely someone I will reach out to in times of future home project needs.

We hired Coastal Built Construction, John Munn, solely based on his company's Home Advisor 5 Star Reviews. We had been "burned" by a contractor in the past and decided to take a chance. Things could not have worked out better (except for Covid backlog issues) which obviously were not his fault. He was hired to convert an existing screened porch into a 4 season room. In addition to that his company painted the entire inside and outside of our house, and renovated a bathroom. His prices were fair and reasonable. We were extremely pleased with the overall job. John was very professional, helpful, and willing to assist with anything we needed during the process. (we had purchased a home that needed a lot of expensive repairs) We highly recommend John Munn and Coastal Built Construction. From our experience, there was not anything his company could not do. We have more remodeling planned in the "5 year plan" and we will call him back for certain. Thanks to John and his crew for a good experience.
