We had an interior door installed in an existing wall and I was kept well informed as the project progressed. CBC was onsite when they said they would be, were professional, and took great care to do things the right way and with the correct materials. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. They will be receiving my business with future projects.

They came and got the money, they used the crew that is learning how to install the kitchen cabinets in my opinion. They damaged the cabinets and dragged them across the floor, damaged the floor also. The cabinets should never been installed since they were damaged, also installed the wrong cabinets. There is one more cabinet that needs to be changed, they started on May 14th. No communication from the company I hired this company and was supposed to get Classic Cabinet Design installers to install cabinets and appliances. Instead I got secondary Coastal Building Concept crew that were inexperienced, clueless, damaged cabinets, everything was un-level, not plumb, or not square, and it has taken 6 months and still not complete. Their crew severely damaged my new CoreTec Luxury Vinyl floors during the process, then hid it under drop cloth and appliances. The company is full of excuses, lies, and blame others. They do not take responsibility and have never apologized for all my issues. They contact customer in very short notice to come to the property. You don't dare decline, because you never know when the next time they will grace you with their presence. Kitchen cabinets are NOT their specialty. This is a follow-up review from one I placed earlier on 7-16-2019. I was 100% dissatisfied with this company. Their website states they guarantee customer satisfaction and lifetime warranty against installation defects. However, when I complained multiple times, throughout the six months it took them not to complete my kitchen, I had to file with HomeAdvisor and Fair Claims Department through arbitration for this company to face the issues. I am happy to report I was awarded almost 75% of the total cost of the job., due to their poor workmanship and time it took not to complete it. It is important future customers be aware of this company's lack of taking responsibility or accountability. I could not give them zero stars so I had to post a half star. Beware when you consult with this company, especially for kitchen cabinets and appliance installation.

We are absolutely delighted with the results of our kitchen, master and guest bathroom renovations. From the very beginning, Anne and Shane were wonderful to work with, starting with their ability to listen to our needs/desires during the first visit. The price that they gave was very fair and the timing for the project was very reasonable. We also appreciated their appropriate level of communication, including sending pictures along the way; we actually never set foot in the place while the work was happening-we never felt it necessary. I have recommended CBC to several friends and neighbors in our building based on the outstanding experience we had with them. They brought our condo out of the 80’s and into the 21st Century! THANKS!

These folks are awesome. Will not settle for less than perfection no matter what you say. All large jobs, and we have done many, have small hicups along the way. We had just about none on this job. We love the owners and the crew. Owners are not the type to dodge calls or wait on issues. Really, spoke with them all hours and days. NEVER more then a few moments for a return call or text. Now, they have built for us a beautiful addition and in this addition, one of the most awesome kitchens ever seen. Not exaggerating. Loved them so much we have hired them for other jobs, and our upcoming garage will be with them as well.

I can't say enough good things about this company - Ann and Shane were wonderful - All of the workers were great - they cleaned up after each days work. The bathroom turned out beautifully. I will definitely use this company again.

We had an unfinished space above our garage converted into a heated and air conditioned livable room for a family member. The service provided was courteous and excellent. The company was prompt in responding to all communication via telephone and email. We have recommended this company to our friends and provide recommendation to reviewers of this site as well.

For windows- ask about final Dimensions . Would not allow the use of window air conditioners due to size in most of the windows.

The finished project , I'm happy with and would use these folks again especially the installers. The dust control , during installation, could be improved. But ,again ,the competed job is very well done

From the start, Shane and Coastal respected my families wishes for a porch cover. We had a neighbor with a similar awning, and asked for the same. Shane was the only contractor to not only match our needs, but give a full breakdown of the job in his estimate including materials and labor. The others just gave a general quote. Once started, the company and its subcontractors, who were highly skilled and personable with us, gave us a high quality product that our neighbors have complimented numerous times. The attention to detail went literally to the last day as adjustments were made to improve looks and quality. Highly recommended!

Great job. Windows were installed when they said they would be. I thought their price was a little high.

It took nearly 5 months to finish a job I was told would take 2. Sub contractors were always in a hurry to get done and leave. Some of them did good work and some were incompetant. A lot of work, especially the floor, had to be redone more than once. Still has not passed final inspection.

They were very helpful and did the work in a timely fashion. Shaun was very understanding and knew his products.

Really nice people to work with. Did a great job in cleaning up behind themselves.
