The 2 technicians were pleasant, professional, and considerate. They addressed my concerns as well as conducting their inspection. As an added bonus they solved a couple of simple problems. They were very good about explaining their findings.

Wes came out, gave me a quoted price and did way more work that he likely intended, for the quoted price. When I had called, the receptionist told me it would be flat fee, no matter how long it took and I was skeptical. The held true to their word. Wes uliamtely had to go and find some bad work another contractor had done and disconnect it. He did a great job.

The technician (Philip) did a great job in routing the cables minimal intrusion into the walls.

Just had to bend a pin out. Simple fix.

Went great - the electrician arrived on time, assessed what I needed done with the fixtures that I had purchased. The work required dropping new electric lines from my attic in two areas, installing the motion detector lights and testing them. He did all of them and was very professional in all aspects of the work.

We lost power to all our outlets in the master bedroom and the upstairs bonus room on a Friday afternoon. Called three different electrician companies and left messages. CMC Electric was the only company to return our call. They came out Monday morning and worked immediately in determining the problem which turned out to be different then I had suspected. Since it seemed all circuits were not working off of one circuit breaker I thought the breaker was bad. Instead it turned out to be the second circuit on the run had a loose wired causing arcing on that outlet. It had burned part of the wire which eventually caused it to no longer pass through the electrical circuit. All outlets from that point on also did not receive any electrical current. Their price was very reasonable due to the Angie List coupon which they honored. The electrician was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He wore shoe covers when entering the house and even put down a driveway protector to eliminate any possibility of his work truck from dropping engine fluid on our driveway. This company just opened a Wilmington area office and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work in the Wilmington area.

Tom arrived on time, was very polite, and wore booties to protect the rugs and floor. He checked to see if he could find a reason the two different circuit beakers have been tripping, and could find no problem except the outlet cover on the front porch was cracked and may be allowing rain into it, causing one of the breakers to trip. These circuits have only tripped when we are not at home. I purchased a $79 Angie's List deal for a service call and 1 hour labor on a Friday and was suprised I could get an appointment on Monday. Tom completed adding a new outlet, replacing a circuit breaker, and outlet cover within the hour and charged $35 for materials, therefore I was very happy to get all of this done at this cost. I do not know if this work will solve our problems, but am glad to have our U-verse system on its own outlet, and off the GFCI that kept kickng off, shutting down all of our services, and having a new outlet cover for the outside outlet was needed and is an improvement over the old one as it closes even with a cord is pluged in it.
