I don't have any qualms about them. They do what they're supposed to do here. We have an annual termite contract with them. I don't have a problem with them at all. They come and do their job and they are very informative. It seems like it's a fine price for an annual service. The guy that comes out and talks to me is very thorough. They're pretty responsive. They come out when they say they will come out if I need to be here.

Other companies may be less expensive, but they don't offer the same service and quality. They'll come as many times as I need them. Their package includes rodent and squirrel control. They did termite treatment on my home 12 years ago and they come back every year to check it. I've had no problems with termites since then.

They are great. Before they come out each month I let them know what services I need, and they come prepared to do it.

Met this team at the Wilma Expo and took advantage of a fantastic promotional offer. I wanted a little extra work done: no problem...and no charge. Always on time and courteous. I would definitely use again.

Clegg's responded quickly once I agreed to termite services. Their inspection revealed no termite concerns but insulation was not secured in part of the crawl space. They offered to fix that for an additional fee. Almost two months passed without their following up. Finally after a reminder by phone, they send someone out to install some fasteners between the insulation and the subfloor. Now I am happy with the job. Continuing monitoring appears to provide protection against termites.

They do a good job. I like the gentleman who comes here and he's very thorough. He communicates very well, cares to do the job, and goes the extra mile. I asked him to inspect the attic, he could have said no, but and he went down and took a look. I would use them again in the future.
