Description of Work: Installation of bathroom shower rod; installation of undercounter lighting, replacement of existing pot light fixture, and door peep hole installation. Phil was quick to respond to my initial contact and supplied price quotes for each item on both my required list and dream list. The work was done in a timely manner with wonderful results. I will be calling Phil regularly for my handyman needs!

Description of Work: Phil was the general contractor for a top to bottom rehab of our house including roof, windows, paint (inside and out), floor refinishing, three bathroom remodels, new deck, new screen porch, and all new door hardware. He brought in quality subcontractors as needed and was on site every day making sure work was done to his high standards. He also took a personal interest in protecting our home and furnishings and keeping the construction mess to a minimum. The work has been done for almost two years now, but we still stay in touch with Phil, and he has come by several times to follow up on details. Overall, we could not be happier with our "new" house!

Description of Work: His estimate was outrageously high. I wanted him to hang a drywall ceiling in my 576 sq.ft. garage. No mudding or taping.

Description of Work: I contracted with Christmas Construction to design and build a front porch with a trellis over an existing small stoop.

Description of Work: Mr. Christmas repaired wood rot on the outside of a rear door as well as repairing that door as it was difficult to close. He also installed a storm door in the front of the house.

Description of Work: We did a major rejuvenation and renovation of our 32 year old house including new roof, all new windows, exterior paint, interior paint (walls, ceilings, and woodwork), refinished pine floors (entire first floor), remodeled two bathrooms, totally rebuilt one bathroom, and built a new screened porch with open deck area.

Christmas Construction Co., Inc. He builds and performs work that ranges from new custom home construction to any type of additions/re-modeling of existing homes. The project I hired him to complete was an 512 square foot addition to the back of my home which included an enclosed 16’x20’ Sun Room, and a 16’x12’ open patio all covered under the same (and new) roof line. The Sun Room was lined with windows on 3 walls that also included a separate in-wall air conditioning/heating unit, french doors into the existing house, a pass-through window into the existing kitchen area, bar/sink area, and a large storage area above the Sun Room/Patio which also included a hip roof design. Mr. Christmas was involved in the design phase, cost estimates, permits, sub-contractors, material purchases, and scheduling/oversight of all work being performed. The sub-contractors involved in my project included concrete/brick masons, frame builders, electricians, plumbers, blown-in insulation specialists, sheet-rock installers, floor installers, and finishing carpenters. Mr. Christmas managed the sub-contractors to perfection as each skill group were scheduled just at the correct time during the construction phase ensuring the project activities were never interrupted. This included making sure all construction materials arrived during the correct phase of the building activities. As expected, Mr. Christmas did an outstanding job managing all the sub-contractors, and ensured they provided quality workmanship that met all the customer expectations.
