+ 2 moreI hate I waited so long to have this work done. It was a pleasure to have Christian Anguish around during the repairs. I felt totally comfortable leaving him in my house when I would have to go run errands. He is honest and really knows his job well. He arrived the day he said he would and would clean up each day before he left so there was no construction mess to have to deal with. I would recommend him to everyone and have had lots of compliments on his work. He did not do any special building or staining wood projects for me but I have seen some of his work around Wilmington and was very impressed. Several of the local businesses in Wilmington have used him and I had a chance to see his work before I ask him to do work for me. His estimate was right on target and there were no surprise costs. He started when he said and finished on time. Highly recommend using him.
Description of Work: My home was built in 1978 and I had to have the siding and the windows replaced. With the IRS giving a break on your taxes for putting in energy saving products it seemed like perfect timing to have some work done. Christian Anguish replaced 24 of my old drafty windows with double paned windows. I was surprised at how perfectly they fit and the appearance from the inside was wonderful, really made a big improvement. My siding was in terrible shape and I had been dragging my feet about having it changed. Christian helped me with the entire process and made it simple. My house is three stories on the back because of a daylight basement so I wasn't sure how that would be handled but I was assured it would be taken care of and it was. I had the old composite siding and had it replaced with Hardy Plank. I could not believe the difference, the noise reduction from outside was such a great surprise and I have already seen a big improvement in my heating cost and can't wait to see how much it will help with the air conditioning cost.
