Gerardo provided a prompt, detailed estimate and followed up to see if I had questions. He was very accessible and responsive. Once we agreed on the price, work began two days earlier than the scheduled start date. He was on site every day with his crew. They worked tirelessly to complete the project on time and in a quality fashion. Their work exceeded my expectations by far. While on site, they were pleasant, friendly, focused and professional. Each day work began on time at 8am and they worked hard until the scheduled stop time of 430 leaving the areas neat and clean at day's end. Gerardo is a truly conscientious business owner and a pleasure to work with. They went way above and well beyond normal expectations to help me make the beach house we purchased into a place that now looks like "our family." I'm quite grateful.

He was easy to work with, had the fairest prices, was trustworthy and did an excellent job. He painted two coats in every room where as other painters told us they would only do two coats if necessary. I liked knowing that we were getting the true color. I would highly recommend Gerardo and will hire him in the future.

Cape Fear Painting were very nice, I just didn't go with them because their prices were higher than what I wanted. I got the quotes in a timely fashion, they were very professional.

I've recommended them to others. They did a really good job. They will be coming back to do some other porch work in the near future. One of the guys is a very good carpenter. They work very fast. Before I started all of this work I checked with quite a few companies. They are always on time, very punctual. The work was very good.

MR. SANTOS AND HIS HELPER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY SHOWED UP EVERY MORNING WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND WORKED UNTIL THE SUN WENT DOWN. THEY MADE SURE THEY CLEANED UP AROUND THE HOUSE EVERY DAY BEFORE THEY LEFT. THEY WERE VERY METICULOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. IF WE POINTED OUT ANYTHING, IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM LONG TO SATISFY OUR REQUEST. WE WILL READILY RECOMMEND MR. SANTOS TO ANYONE IN THE WILMINGTON, N.C. AREA. WE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED!!!!!!
