Description of Work: Needed adjustment of existing duct from dryer.New dryer vented from bottom and connection was off by a couple inches.Without ask/discussion,my duct pipes were removed & replaced with a flexible type.The bill came later for $600. All but $100 was labor cost.I was shocked since I never asked for duct replacement.It costed more than the new dryer:(
