I was really impressed with this company right from the start. My side gate is difficult to open. Another company's estimator was here the day before C & A, and when he couldn't get the gate open he banged and jerked it and actually repeatedly KICKED IT to get it opened, despite telling him to stop . In the process he bent the latch. I was able to straighten it out but I was angry. When C & A came, Cecillio wiggled it and carefully worked it open. I knew he would treat all my property respectfully. And they did. He climbed the tree to take it down, lowering each branch down instead of letting it drop. Another man guided the rope away from my plants and shrubs. Everything was hauled away and they even raked the yard. They put my shepherd's hook back up and moved a cement planter back to its position as well. The C & A Tree Service people were courteous, conscientious, and respectful. They gave me a reduced price since my neighbor had hers taken down at the same time. I have and will definitely continue to recommend them for any tree services.
