+ -1 moreThey listened to my concerns. Considered the age of my house and my budget. They did what needed to be done it is over a year since the work has been done and it is holding up just great. When I had a related concern they came out immediately.
Description of Work: Repaired damaged subflooring and added a pier.

+ -1 moreExcellent. They came with several strong references, but I got 3 quotes just in case. They were the least expensive, and the only one who gave a warranty, other than the high bidder. Their quote did not use the huge spiral flight screw jacks (they do offer these with a lifetime warranty), but they instead placed jacks in key positions on existing piers, saving me over $6K from the highest quote. House is much better. Everything was good with this company, from the quote, the contract, the crew, and the cleanup!
Description of Work: Foundation repairs to crawlspace foundation. Piers in 20 year hold with crawlspace. Quote was for parts and labor to install 5 screw jack plates on existing foundation pilings and re-level the house. Provided 5 year transferable warranty.
