Dennis , the owner, is very professional and prompt! He handled a problem no one else seemed to know how to really fix. I will use Mr. Bungo from now on for both service agreement and other pest issues. it was lovely to work with this company. Job well Done!

Dennis is very professional and knowledgeable about the pest control business. His fees are very reasonable and affordable. I actually signed up for a year's service agreement. Very personable, but he really should back the Steelers instead of the Jets.

ended up being a great experience. Having to hire a rodent professional was very stressful but Bugno was prompt, courteous and professional. He was able to come out within 24 hours of my call. When I entered my info into Home Advisor Bugno responded almost immediately which I very much appreciated.

Dennis was very professional and nice. Sealed up all the possible entry ways for rodents to enter our house, and set traps to catch existing rodents inside the house. Very good communication: he always let me know when he was coming and what services he performed.

He is a very professional gentleman. He explained to me that I should be treated every three months to keep the insects out of house, now every once in while you will see one instead of seeing as many as I did. Great experience.
