Excellent work & customer service

They came promptly, measured windows and put up temporary blinds for privacy in bedrooms until the permanent blinds arrived.

They came pretty quick to fix my problem even though I thought they were expensive. I used them over a year ago and can't remember when or what I was charged.

Price seemed a little expensive for the blinds I wanted; however, time frame for delivery good. They came in when expected; however, when the technician hung them and they seemed to scrape across the carpet, I was advised the carpet was too high. Perhaps you hung the fixtures too low??? Then, after only a few uses the support that holds the wands on both the den and guest room broke. I've had many blinds in my days and never had that happen. they guarantee for life; but...I had to pay $75 for the technician to come out and fix. Live and learn

The estimator was professional, organized, knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were excellent, also. I love my new blinds.

We used them on 2 different occasions. They are very responsive, prompt, and if there is a problem they will come out to correct it. The price was a bit high, but it is well worth the cost. They measure everything correctly and do great work installing the blinds.

They were fine. Their service was very good.

Andreas the sales person was great to work with. He was knowledgable about the product line, courteous, timely, and professional. He helped select window coverings that perform well and look amazing. They are high quality and really enhance my house. The install crew also did a great job. They were on time for the appointment. They worked quickly but payed attention to the little details. I can tell these shutters are going to last a lifetime!

Budget Blinds staff were friendly and prompt in making appointments. Gordon who came to the house has a wonderful way about him which makes the process very comfortable and easy. He guided me through my options and shared his professional opinion with me when I needed design help. He worked at finding the most economical ways to remain in my budget without sacrificing style and functionality. The turnaround time was short and the installation process was done by Ryan of Budget Blinds whom i believe has years of experience remodeling houses. This experience and Ryan's upbeat - no wasting of time approach to installing gave me confidence that it was done right. Everything looks great and Gordon has checked it to be sure its as it should be. I have family and friends that have used Budget Blinds and have only good things to say about them. Great. Very professional. Answered all my questions and showed me how to operate blinds. Needed to come back to put stops on one set of door blinds and did so very quickly and professionally.

I will submit a final opinion once the last 2 shades are installed. Well, an update. I received a phone call concerning my Angie's review. I think Angie's List is an important service for consumers as I always check it before hiring. Unfortunately, I had not seen any reviews for Budget Blinds so I think I need to write this review. This is a confusing company. On one hand, they seem to have okay customer service...to a degree. I was called by someone in CA about my review on Angie's List and was told "customer service on social media is extremely important to us" and he wanted to know the details for my dissatisfaction. Again, a very nice person to talk to. He told me he would have my contract faxed to him and he would call me the next day. Of course I kept the phone on and by me all day so as not to miss his call. No call. I called the local company, and was assured she would fax the contract to him right then and to expect him to call me today. I also flagged what I thought was a mistake I found on the invoice as even this man in CA thought for the quantity and size of my blinds, the price seemed high. Again, I waited all day for this call. No call. Now I am frustrated and feel that paying too much, still waiting for 2 shades to be replaced that didn't fit, and now 2 days of no call back as promised, I'm not so sure I would ever use this company again. So my final update...someone forgot to put in the order for the 2nd of the two replacement shades so two more trips were made for replacing the ones that didn't fit properly. So, a total of 5 trips is a bit excessive, I think, for arranging ones schedule. And, the person who called after my initial rating, offered to reimburse me $200+ for something that wasn't shared about my warranty,but I haven't heard back from him nor received any refund. He also mentioned that Budget Blinds is competitive and would meet any price...I went through my catalog of Smith and Noble (that I have ordered my same exact shades from for 15 years) and quoted how much more Budget Blinds was in relation to these prices for the same blinds...unfortunately, I was told, unless I had Smith and Noble come to the house and give me a quote (who would do that whenBudget Blinds are already up?) they could not compare "apples to apples"...so, although I like my blinds, and the installers were very competent and efficient, overall the price is too high and 5 trips are too many to ask of a customer to go through, and to have offered competitive prices AND a refund and do neither, I will have to stick to my rating. I just hope they are at least on top of responding promptly if I should have any problems with these shades with the lifetime warranty. One should hope so!

We want to thank AP Preusser with Budget Blinds for his friendly, knowledgeable and outstanding service. The experience was amazing. AP assisted us in maximizing the most space we could achieve in our master bedroom closet and even produced a 3-Dimensional design for us in advance, this way we saw exactly what we wanted before we purchased it. Both the certified installer and AP showed a great deal of professionalism by how prompt, efficient, and dedication to detail while installing our closet. They did a great job! We highly recommend calling AP with Budget Blinds for any window treatments, closets, awning, or drapery needs you may want for your home.
