Big Dan Willard

Big Dan has been the consummate professional during mine and my wife's entire home purchase process. He is extremely knowledgeable about the purchase process and as he reminded us several times, he is only a buyer's agent and represents only the buyer. He was never pushy and he will and quot;only consult and adviseand quot; during the process. He elaborated on his thoughts and suggestions so we fully understood where his suggestions were based. We found Dan through my wife's mother who used his services to purchase her house and she received excellent service also. Dan was always easily reachable and personable during our complex process where the seller's agent wasn't the easiest to get along with. We used Dan's team of preferred lender and closing attorney and both were remarkably helpful although he said he would work with anybody. We would use Dan's services again in a heartbeat but we are so happy with the house we hope that we don't have to.

He was highly motivated and on top of his game. He knew what he was doing. His research was impeccable. Things we would have not thought about, he was there to help direct us. He was just awesome.
