The owner came and meet with us right away and was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of his craft. He was very polite and very pleasant. A few days later he provided us with not four but 5 drawings which were all very impressive. We will call him definitely to provide us with cost/estimate of the drawing

Bay Kitchens provided us with exactly what the Angie's List offer described. We really appreciate the work they did on the 3D renderings.

I purchased the 3D rendering of my kitchen design as a Big Deal. Bill Sudek, President, of Bay Kitchens responded promptly to my call. The appointment was scheduled and he arrived at the time scheduled. He stated I would receive the renderings within the next two weeks. The renderings were e-mailded to me and I am very impressed with them. While I have not decided when I will do the kitchen renovation Bay Kitchens will be considered for the job.

They did a very good job. Their price seemed to be in the ball park with everyone else. They were fine. I enjoyed working with the project manager, and the people that did the work were very good, but I think they are both gone. I do not think they are with the company any longer. Everything was fine. I really had no complaints.

The designer from Bay Kitchens was a nice guy but he gave me the same design that I already have. The experience was good but I wasn't real happy at all with the end result.

Initial contact took a few days but understand that the angies list coupon inundated them with appointments. Bill was very punctual with arrival time on date of appointment and was flexible with time so that spouse could be present. Drawings and quote provided within appropriate time frame. He was very friendly and open to our wants and needs though we gave him right of way to come up with best use of space. Quote for kitchen reno was appx $16,000 so some work may be done by us to cut down on costs but would def use Bill and Bay Kitchens if we decide to proceed.

It was a great experience. Bay Kitchens was very responsive to any concerns/questions I had along the way. I would definitely use their services again.

I would highly recommend Bill from Bay Kitchens. From beginning to end he and everyone we worked with were complete professionals. He worked hard with us to design our kitchen, and include everything that we wanted while still sticking in our tight budget. It was clear that the owner Bill has a LOT of experience designing kitchens, and he knew exactly what would work best in our particular kitchen and what would work with our design style. Bill was an expert and knew all of the products we used inside and out, and provided us with a lot of choices. When it came time to choose a faucet or flooring we were able to pick whatever we wanted and he never raised the prices on us or pushed back completion of the project. We feel we got an amazing amount of bang for the buck working with Bill. He gave us a schedule of when certain work would be completed, and stuck to it. He was personally on site to see the work often and if we ever wanted something changed or had a question (even after the project was completed and paid for) he was happy to assist us. He even came back afterwards to take pictures of the job and noticed an electric outlet was not quite in the best spot once the appliances were in, so he fixed it after the fact without us asking just so it would look better. I cannot say enough how much I love the end result and I cannot imagine any other company could do as good of a job as Bay Kitchens. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the kitchen or the process of getting it renovated.

They are on schedule. They are very organized. They also have a carpenter who is excellent. They do exactly what they say they are going to do in the time that they say they will do it in. I highly recommend them.
