+ -1 moreMark came out the same day I called him. He was very professional. And was able to start my old AC unit. I would highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

+ -1 moreOn a cold night, noticed that the heat pump wasn't working and the house was chilling fast. Mark responded to a late night call to talk about possible causes and came first thing in the morning. Some maintenance and repair work later and everything was good to go. I've used Mark and Azalea Coast Heating and Air several times over the years and have always found them to be prompt and trustworthy. If you're a nosy customer like me, they will take the time to explain everything they are looking at and what they are seeing. I trust these guys and that gives me great peace of mind.
