Before I leave my review I just want to point out the negative ones underneath me. I don't know who they dealt with 7-8 years ago but It can;t be the same people I did business with. The man who now owns and manages Audio Visions was all around great and easy to deal with! They responded quickly to my call/message and got me on the schedule. They price matched Amazon on Prime day as well! The installers were friendly and knowledgeable about my equipment, every went smoothly! I will definitely be using them again if I have any issues!

Do not do business with this store. They delivered inferior models of the A/V merchandise that I had ordered for my business, and then they refused to give me credit for 3 months after the merchandise was returned to them.

 I had to file in small claims court and hire an attorney before the matter was settled outside of court in my favor. They are highly unethical and untrustworthy - go elsewhere if you value your time and money.

The owner of the business ( Mr. Steve Hertz ) convinced us to use a store retail charge card and then billed the full amount of the estimated project 12 months in advance of performing the work ( initial proposal was accepted prior to construction of the house where the system would be installed ).  We notified the vendor two weeks prior to move in date ( approx Sept 15, 2009 ) that we wanted to schedule the installation and final set up of the equipment. From that date until March 2010 we experienced repeated delays with completion of the work. Even though they had been paid in full for the complete job, they continued to delay appointments and scheduled work at our house.  After more than 15 separate visits to our house and dozens of emails from me itemizing the problems and uncompleted work, we demanded a meeting on site with Mr. Hertz. During this meeting, Mr. Hertz assured me all problems would be resolved to our satisfaction immediately. After two more weeks of delays, we sent a demand for a refund of undelivered equipment.
Although Mr. Hertz had previously sent a credit memo acknowledging a refund amount that was due to us, he refused to send the stated refund amount.

Throughout the process Mr. Hertz tried to add charges to the original contract. Some of the equipment which was installed was not the equipment originally specified in the contract. He increased prices on some items without our approval claiming that "there was a mistake on the original contract and that these higher prices were the correct ones".

As of August 2011, the work had never been completed satisfactorily and we have never received the refund which he admitted was owed. We still have a video security system which does not function properly and other uncompleted issues. After many written requests, Audio Visions would not complete the work and pay the refund amount. We hired a law firm to pursue Audio Visions and a suit is now pending in Federal Court.
