Atlantic responded to phone call quickly. Come out within a few hours and made repairs. Great job. We were limited in our time frame because it was a beach property and we were from out of town. He responded quickly, did a great job and we were able to stop worrying about our property.

Fast and efficient

This was one of the easiest things I ever had to do. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job in one day. What I liked the most was that they would not do the job if it wasn't done right. When they were done they cleaned up to the point that you could not tell they were ever there.

Paid a little more than the local yokels wanted but was done in 1 day and with better quality materials than were offered by competitors. Courteous, responsive, and professional. Aboveboard.

It is remarkably difficult to find professional level AND responsive work in the Wilmington area. So, I was psyched by work provided by Atlantic Roofing. It is small local business. Every time I called someone answered. Every time I had a question I received a thorough knowledgable response. They showed up when they said they would (on time) and left the job site clean. And my roof looks great! I put N/A for the quality rating only because I do not know a lick about roof quality. Judging by the great look of the roof and the professional demeanor of the company owners, I figure the roof is of high quality. I'd pass there number along to anyone in the area in need of roof work.

After the materials were delivered to American Metal by the supplier, and weather permitted, our job was promply scheduled. Start to finish after they started work was just three days. All the trim work was excellent and they used my paint to touch-up anything that needed it. Throughout the process they were friendly, courteous, and professional. Our roof looks fabulous and I would hire them again in a heart-beat. In addition, they were excellent about communications before and during the work. Their warranty is excellent. I am a picky customer and they met all my expectations. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the roof. Communication was great very reponsive and always quick to answer any concerns. Once the roofing material was on hand and the job commenced the crew were always here on time. Daily they conducted a clean up of the area before they departed. They did an outstanding job. I have had nothing but compliments about the roof and how it improved the appearance of my house. I made the right choice going with Atlantic Metal Roofing.
