Description of Work: Inspection was performed by an ex-employee of the company. We had a few problems with report details and had trouble contacting the person listed on the report. Once we reached the business owner, he promptly took full responsibility for the issue and took care of making it right.

 + -1 moreHe was very professional and considerate to all of my many questions. He squeezed us in early and was flexible while I was out of town. His inspection was very thorough. His detailed report included pictures illustrating all of the problems that we would need to fix should we have purchased the house. I feel as if he really saved us from a lot of headaches. We are not going to purchase the house, but will look for others, and we will definitely get Bill to inspect any other houses we plan to purchase.
Description of Work: Bill inspected a home we were considering purchasing and found a lot of problems we had no idea were there.

 + -1 moreInspector was thorough and professional. He would tell me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He pointed out potential problem areas with ventilation in the attic crawl space and gave me suggestions on how to correct them. Under the house he used two instruments to measure moisture level and again gave me suggestions on how to deal with potential problems. Hre found minimal evidence of mold build up.
Description of Work: Checked attic crawl space to assess ventilation. Checked evenness of all wood floors. Checked under house for sagging floors, mold build up and moisture content.
