He could not fix it and had us purchase other components to see if that was the problem. When that did not work, Ronnie started getting belligerent and wanted to charge us an exorbitant amount of money in addition to what he all ready charged. He made up one after another excuses for not showing up for an appointment. He did not and could not fix the problem and no viable solutions and we paid a good bit of money for nothing. On his face book account he had a section for rating his service and he took my rating off the site.

I purchased (since cancelled via my CC company) a "$200 special" last week and was quickly responded to by the provider via an Angie message. The provider wanted my contact information and some details about the job. I quickly responded to them via an Angie message providing them my name and contact cell number as well as a detailed list of all the electronic equipment that needed to be wired and turned on to ensure it was all functioning properly i.e. all components had been connected correctly by the provider so they would interact and play properly. After this information was provided them Atlantic Custom Media contacted me via the phone not once, not twice but three times wanting more detail and then wanting my address again and asking for clarification. I asked them what was so hard about understanding the request to hook up a standard HD smart TV and the typical components - I really did not know what else they needed to know. The last straw was them calling this morning less than an hour before they were scheduled to arrive asking for my address again and wanting to go over the equipment I had!! I replied "do you not have a computer?, I sent you and e-mail with my contact information (name, phone number & address) - and that e-mail has a list of all the equipment (including model number)." I then asked "how long have you been in this line of work because I am getting very concerned and do not believe I want you to perform this work for me; in fact do not come to my house I do not want you to do any work for me."

It went well. Ronnie really knows his electronics! The first time we contacted him was over the 4th of July. Lightning had struck the receiver and we were unable to use the tv. He responded very quickly to our needs and was able to give us a temporary way to watch tv until we could get a new receiver.

Ronnie, the owner (a former Marine), answered my call immediately, walked me through my problem so he could respond properly and arrived 45 minutes later. This guy really knows his stuff. He knew almost instantly what the problem was. Not only did he replace the transformer with a used one, saving me money, he sorted out all my connections in the media room. They had become very disorganized and messy over the years. He also rerouted wires and everything looks like it should. I know this was not the most complex job, but he went after it as if it were, making sure I knew what was going on. He is super pleasant, very efficient, easy to have around. He is my go-to guy for all future home theater repair, installation. Great experience for me.

The company showed up on time, were very professional and knowledgeable. Installed speaker wires to run unobtrusively to the speakers mounted on the rear walls. After the install we had some questions on the operation of the system that were covered in their original tutorial but that my wife and I had forgotten. The technician was very patient and explained our missteps in a manner that taught us rather than making us feel stupid. All in all a very pleasant and rewarding experience with this company. The owner is veteran of our current conflicts in the Middle East. I like doing business with veterans of the YS Armed Forces.

Ronnie was professional and persistent in getting everything to work properly in spite of challenges from unmarked wiring and some defective equipment left from previous owner. Was always very responsive even on weekends etc.

Technician showed up on time and called prior to coming. Install went very well and overall I am very satisfied and would use them again.

Has an intern who he tries to have do things alone but not knowledgeable enough yet which is why I had to have them come out again. The initial visit I believe was $200.00. I like that they try to educate you about your equipment. I only which they were more punctual. The intern needs more training before he is left on his own. I do understand that my equipment is difficult.

I called ACM because of the great reviews on Angie's list. I spoke to Ronnie about replacing the Bose unit in my Suburban. I mentioned to him that I only needed the receiver replaced and nothing else. My Bose unit has the in-dash navigation, steering wheel controls, XM radio, backup camera, flip down screen, remote control, et. Ronnie said that he had some familiarity with the system but that it was very complex and he would prefer to refer me to another company that had more experience in that platform. I don't know much about the company but it says a lot to me about a person's integrity when a guy will refer someone to whom I expect is a competitor because he knows they have more experience with a specific unit. I will make sure to call them in the future if I have any other items too big to handle myself.

Went very well. All work completed as described to me. Totally satisfied with end result.

Couldn't do business with them.

The person who came was a very professional young man, and he came on time. He gave us a lot of pointers and tips. The one thing I appreciated was that he didn’t just do something, he explained why he was doing those things. The brackets that we had were good, but he had some better ones, and we purchased those. He cleaned up after himself, and it was an enjoyable experience because I had called late on a Friday, probably when everybody else was packing up. I had called a couple of people off Angie’s List, but I got no response. I got a quick response from these people, and they came out the next day. It was just really a great experience.

The installation(s) were a challenge given that the home was vacant with previous wiring which needed to be sorted out. Ronnie stuck with us almost the entire day and also provided help in the routing of internet connections to help for the wireless setups for various components.

Called Service Magic, got three callbacks in one minute. Reviews for Ronnie Schille, owner of this business, were perfect for our needs. He came to the house, got busy into tracking the problems immediately, and ended up the project quite fast. Ronnie has a great personal style and had some good advice on speakers, wiring to use, future improvement ideas, etc. Overall great experience.
