+ -1 moreDo you feel like it was a reasonable price? Not considering all the trouble I had afterwards, no. And continuing to have, so no. What would you tell other Angie's list members with your experience? Oh very low, I would never buy there again. They had to deliver my 2 sets, the couch, the loveseat, and the dining room china cabinets, buffet and 6 chairs. It took them 8 tries to get it so that I got all my furniture here that was in acceptable condition. 8 times. I would not recommend them at all. Oh, we also bought a mattress from them. They twice didn't show up on the day they said they were going to.
Description of Work: Back in January we did business with Ashley. We got a dining room set, a living room set.

+ -1 moreIWe went into Ashley and seen what we wanted, the young man that approached us was very nice, and helped us like a good salesman would.. It was the after part that all went wrong, and still hasn't gotten fixed,, even after paying cash.
Description of Work: The Sales men was good he did his job with sales of a sofa and recliner to us , the delivery came fairly quick after two phone calls to the warehouse . The next day the middle of the sofa fell in we called the main store and they set us up for a repair the guy shows up and looks at the sofa and said he would have to get more tools to fix it and never came back . we made another call to the warehouse and another man came out this time stood by the sofa said something and left still waiting for a repair or replacement. It is now 5/7/13 and still nothing has been done. And we still sit here with a double recliner and a sunken center.We probable would have gotten better service from Rent a Center. At least they would replace it, or fix it, or they would take it back. As with Ashley Furniture, they have in real small print, no refunds or returns. If we would have known all the things we read after the fact, would never have paid cash or bought the furniture from Ashley..

+ -1 moreThe ordering process was made simple with everything itemized in detail on our purchase list. The individual handling our order was very professional, responsive, and offered very good advice. The delivery and set up process was also very positive. This team was very careful to not damage the walls and other fixtures in our home. Ashley HomeStore of Wilmington is the Ashley store that I would recommend. Description of Work: We placed a large order with Ashley HomeStore of Wilmington which included Bedroom, Living Room, and Dining Room furniture. The entire experience of ordering, delivery, and set up was excellent.

+ -1 moreWe ordered a queen-size bed -- headboard, frame, box spring, and mattress -- and a tv stand. The goods came to the store on time, but with the wrong type of mattress. They called to tell us of this, and offered us the mattress at no extra cost, although it was more expensive than the one we had ordered. However, we did not want the higher-priced one (too soft). So they re-ordered the one we wanted. When it arrived (I believe it took an extra week), they delivered all of the furniture and set it all up. We had no further issues. The people we dealt with were friendly and professional. I would buy from them again.
