Very professional, courteous, on time and did an excellent job. Even cleaned all my air vents and replaced filters! Took a video of his work and emailed it to me.

Needed an answer to our air quality in our 2 yr. old home. Quick response and scheduling for testing. After report was completed, decision for remediation was discussed and explained. Another appt. set, and tech's came on/before scheduled after calling to confirm. Excellent tech work with descriptions of all phases of why each was being done.

Was unprofessional in my opinion was an hour late with no call came to our house an didn't even have the stuff to do the test an had to come back. Refused to give us the results until paid which I was unaware the landlord hadn't paid...when i found this out i paid which had no problem doing so but have a 7 month old son who was sleeping n a room with mold which they knew.

I thought Scott was very professional and came out the next day to assist in diagnosing a moisture problem in a crawlspace and I received the estimate the same afternoon. His diagnosis was exactly the same as 2 other bids. Dealing with moisture you have to be very careful what you say and he was very professional dealing with our tenants. His bid was higher but was a fool proof method on riding the problem.

Played telephone tag for a few days, and after repeated calls, finally got in touch with them. Just waiting for the results now and will take it (any further services required) from there. I would have preferred that the company keep trying to contact me, via email or something as it was a hassle to keep calling and we wanted the job done quickly. Since this is the first time we've ever had to have anything like this (mold testing) done, I don't really know IF they were expensive. No doubt, they may seem expensive to some homeowners (especially those who don't have a lot of extra cash to spend for stuff like this).

Had an determined odor that originated on the 2nd floor. ASD first did a visual walk-around & did not see any issues. They recommended several tests to determine where the source was, given that they were confident it was mold. The results came back in a week and it was mold in the A/C duct work. ASD thoroughly cleaned the duct work and offered to re-check for mold a few days later. I found that the order had completely gone away and did not see a reason to run the test again. ASD also found that the 2 attic fans were out and replaced them at just over cost. If you know you have a mold issue or are just not sure what the odor is, call ASD as a first step-hopefully it will be your last.

Scott and his crew (Alan and Seth) were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

Test was done on the 19th was told I would have results by the 24th it's the 26th and I haven't heard from anyone.

Scott was very helpful. I had to have a mold test performed. Scott was very prompt in getting the sample, and the results back to me. I would most certainly recommend his services to others.

Reasonable prices and very good communication.

I was please of the professional response to my mold situation and the quick lab report, but I was disappointed that with the mold report I received no explanation of the report findings or recommendation for cure of problem. I had to research the findings myself and call ASD back to ask for a recommendation.

They did a fabulous job with our termite/rain rot issues. They completed the job in no time and the house looked as good as new once they were done. We were very pleased with their work.

The 2 gentlemen that did the work were very polite, on time and concientious. Scott explaines proceedures to me and what they were going to do. Very pleased.
