Arbor Plus Tree Experts

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY OR KEITH ALLEN ACKELY!!! He dumps trash from his work sites on other peoples property AND DOES NOT PICK IT UP! I caught him red handed and he refused to clean it. He openly admits to hiring junkies who do this while working for him AND refuses to make any of it right. This has been taken to court. He works out of WILMINGTON NC and MYRTLE BEACH SC! He is a poor excuse of a man and completely untrustworthy as well as disgusting. My grandfather had to come pick up this trash, haul it away, and PAY FOR IT TO BE DUMPED! If anyone would like to see pictures of this trash let me know, I have it all! And when I say trash I of course mean KEITH ALLEN ACKLEY.

Very professional, Prompt Service, Good Work & clean-up

It did not go well. The gentleman from the company gave me a quote that was significantly more than several other estimates I received. I am just sharing this information so others can be aware and act accordingly. It is important to get several estimates so you can make an informed decision.

Keith and his partner are awesome. They went above and beyond for our work request. Keith also was extremely helpful in coming up with the best way to save us money and get the job done. Will definitely hire again for future work.

These guys were great! they showed up on time, worked hard all day and completed the job as agreed. I had three trees located in a very tight space between two houses. Keith made quick work of the them. He had downed them safely and efficiently by lunchtime, without hitting either house with a single limb. Yard clean up was also great. From the front of the house you would not know that they were ever here. I was very happy with them and would certainly hire again without hesitation.

Keith and his crew were fantastic. I would not hesitate to hire again.

This is a statement from my sister-in-law: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We used them Nov 3rd and 4th and today while at a neighbor's they were dropping limbs in our yard. My older brother tossed a limb back and said how about not dropping limbs in our yard (we have expensive pieces of driftwood.) The guy in the tree said you want to come up here and do it? My brother said no, I'd like you to do it right and be professional.. One of 5 employees came thru the tree line and punched my brother in the face multiple times. Another employee also came onto OUR PROPERTY & put him in a choke hold, to which he could not breathe. My 79 yr old father with newly cemented spine fractures, had to swing a baseball bat at them to get them off my brother.. Brother ran inside saying they tried to kill me bleeding from his forehead jaw ear and arm.. Police came ambulance took him to the hosp w possible fractured jaw and ribs..

The company came out and provided me with a quote. I had two other tree companies that gave me quotes as well. I went with Arbor Plus Tree Experts because I felt some pressure with a few other tree companies. Arbor Plus Tree Experts were professional, friendly and stuck with their commitment in price. No add ons, no extras. My yard looks like a yard again.

Amazing and good at cleaning their work up

it went very good. They came out to our house and explained everything they would be doing. They didn’t try to get more money like the last service I got a quote from. They cleaned up everything afterwards, very polite
