Two men came to my home within a couple of days from the time I purchased the service. They cleaned my concrete quickly and offered additional service to clean siding. I would hire them again.

Mike, the owner, was present during the entire time the job was being done. Last year I had everything cleaned but when Mike and his crew was done I realized what clean really looked like. I have white vinyl siding so dirt and grime is extremely more pronounced on the siding. Also I had 20 yr old rust build up on a few areas to the point it had become dark dark orange. After doing the normal washing Mike then cleaned the rust areas to the point it looked like new siding on the entire house and work shop. I had previously gotten estimates to replace the siding that had the extreme rust stains, but after Mike of ALL-BRITE had finished with the rust stains all the siding over the entire house and work shop looked new. I plan to have ALL-BRITE come each year and clean my home, driveway, and all concrete. The job he did put all other previous pressure washing done in previous years to shame.

He started by removing rust from my vinyl siding and making a huge concrete driveway look new. Next, his soft wash cleaning process brought a client's old roof back to life. Every year since, I call on Mike to help me get homes ready to list. We Realtors know how much a homes appearance affects value and I can always count on Allbrite doing a great job for my clients.

Mike was very pleasant to talk to; responded to correspondence very quickly. I got quotes from two other companies, Mike beat their price quotes without even asking, he was the least expensive up front. The fence and house are about 1 year old and now look brand new. When I got home from work there was no evidence they were even here, except clean surfaces. He gave me several tips and hints on how to stain the fence now that it is clean. Mike is top notch, I would recommend him to everyone. Mike was very flexible with payment he accepted it over the phone. Amazing experience.

We used All-Brite?s services for pressure washing the exterior of our house, the driveway, the patio and the stone courtyard. We had worked with Mike before and he again gave us a good quote for this work. He was prompt to return our calls and to begin the project. He and his crew showed up on time, were respectful and did a very good job. Several people commented on how nice the driveway looks now. We would definitely use All-Brite again in the future.

I was impressed with Mike's professionalism. He was honest in telling me where I did not need to paint, and where I did. We did have some problems with the weather trying to finish the painting, but Mike called and talked to me about it and was always responsive. His crew is friendly, quiet, respectful, tolerant of our dogs, and most of all...neat. I will definitely use All-Brite again. Its wonderful to see a business owner that is concerned with customer satisfaction...that's rare today.

The showed on time as they said they would. They set up quickly and helped me move furniture from the Florida room. Two guys were very efficient and neat and very respectful of the property. They paid close attention to all the little spots some contractors would miss. We will definitely hired them again next tie we need to softwash the house.

They did a good job. It took awhile; it took about four to six hours. There were at least two that came out. The price was a decent price.

There is nothing to dislike. They did a good job. They were prompt. They came when they said they would. They have used a material that does not harm the bushes and they have a special soap for gutters. I have no complaints. There is a number of people here that do that, but I would probably use them again.

It was over a year ago, so I don't remember much. I rent the house out these days, so I wasn't actually on-site when they came. BUT I know they were easy to schedule, they came on time, they did a great job, and I was pleased! Plus they charged me less than the pressure washer that was recommended to me by the realty company who manages my house. Sorry I don't recall what they charged. And I couldn't find a way to enter the proper address in the field below! My little house is at 2045 Burnett Blvd. in Wilmington, NC.

Dramatic improvement on our beach condo! Mike and his team washed and painted our unit AND worked with our (somewhat difficult) neighbors to complete the job. They were prompt and honest about the pricing and duration of the pressure washing and painting. Our building is not that old, but due to the location takes a beating from the elements.
