Not punctual. Tried to increase the final cost above what was initially quoted. Tried to pass other costs on to me that initially told were in the price. Doesn't return to finish the job once they have all the money. Tries to con you into giving them a good review by promising to give you $100.00. I had wanted to go with foam insulation but I had already given them half the money and he wouldn't leave and wore me down. My electric bills are no longer over $300.00 these past 2 months they are $100.00 less than last year. I just wish they would have finished the job. They use to have another person who walked with them who had an excellent work ethic unfortunately illness led to him pulling out and I was not going to bother him with my problems with the others.

Great workers, on time, good experience, less dollars spent, now on energy bills (lower usage). Highly recommend.

No-show for an estimate for some insulation work in a F.R.O.G.

Staff was prompt and worked steadily through installation. They worked neatly and cleaned any debris afterwards. The installation of the LED bulbs were done on the same day. The installation of the radiant heat barrier and the LED bulbs have lowered our energy costs even though we are using our air conditioning. We know we will definitely see a big difference in our electric bills from now on.

Chris was wonderful to work with and his staff were very professional. They did a great job with the attic and with the clean-up. I highly recommend Chris and his company.

I've waited a long time to write this review and although I waited a little longer than I should, I do have some good data for you. First some background information: My house is 3200 sq ft and built in 2002 on a crawl space with a very large attic. The attic had little insulation, even though it's a custom home, and the temp was probably 140+, the upstairs unit always ran and the house was humid. I purchased a portable unit to use inside to help with the humidity, but I quickly realized this wasn't going to work after emptying 3 times a day. In our crawl space the humidity reading was consistently 70%+ and mold was growing on the rafters. I knew that I needed to do something to improve the crawl space before I started dealing with some serious mold problems. What I didn't realize was that almost all houses here (built on crawl space) are in the same situation unless someone has already done this process. Chris came over and while he comes off a little more like a sales guy, he's actually a VERY educated guy on energy savings and where the best use of your money will be to improve your energy costs. I remember I kept pushing to overdo the crawlspace and Chris kept telling me that I didn't need to spend more money, he was right. He did however suggest the radiant barrier and I was admittedly skeptical at first. However, after some convincing from Chris and some research I decided that he was right and decided even if it didn't save us money it would make our house more comfortable. I was worried that the costs were going to be crazy expensive as I'd already been quoted up to $6,000 for the crawl space alone. Chris knew I wanted the crawl space moisture issues corrected and he also knew that the radiant barrier and the insulation would also save me money after inspecting the attic, so he offered to do both for less than what others quoted for just the crawl space. I decided to give him a try and I'm glad I did. Chris and his crew started right away and they took care of everything. They were able to seal and close off all the vents in the crawl space, lay 6mm vapor barrier and added a Sante Fe dehumidifier that has duct work running to both sides of the house to remove any moisture. As for the attic, they installed radiant barrier and blew in r35 insulation in every place they could, even over the sunroom which didn't have insulation previously. It's made a HUGE difference in the upstairs of our house, we can keep the temperature at 70 even during 100 degree days. We store things in the attic now and the heat doesn't come into the house. We can also leave the door open between the sunroom and the living room so it's like an additional living room, before the room would be almost too hot to use. Finally, the most important part, Our electric bill hasn't exceeded $210 since we had this completed. The average bill is around $175 per month, and we set our thermostat to 67 degrees EVERY single night, and keep the house at 71 during the day. In the winter we keep the house around 70 to 72 and never turn a light off or even think about energy costs. The humidity in the crawl space never goes above 50% and the attic temp is only slightly warmer than it is outside, instead of a blazing furnace. I'm so happy with the results and I brag on my electric bill on a regular basis. One family member made a remark about the monthly energy costs for our house and when I told them my average bill was $175 they were shocked. I have been too, and all of this for a fraction of the cost others would have charged. Thank you Chris, I'm a very satisfied customer.

I know how important it is these days to find those who really live up to a high level of workmanship but I can vouch for this company. The work of All About Energy Solutions is superior in every dimension--from performance to cost. I needed insulation in my home, and so I called around and got an immediate and polite response from All About Energy Solutions. We discussed insulation of my home, which is an older dwelling and made an appointment for inspection of my home. Josh from All About Energy Solutions came right on time for our appointment and made a thorough inspection. He really knows what he is doing and took the time to talk to us and make recommendations. I didn?t know we had three attics! My home was built in sections at various times and there was no entrance to parts of my attic. It?no wonder my electric bills were so high! This also made it more difficult for the technicians to do the necessary work. I was very impressed with the expertise and knowledge of the men who did this work. Most of all, I was truly impressed with the willingness to do the work to the very best possible standard. There were two leaks in one section of the attic that were repaired without additional cost. This certainly saved me much expense in the future. In addition, the installers went under the house, inspected and repaired what was necessary. Each time the installers had to enter the inside of the house they were most careful to make sure their shoes were clean.

Everything was great! From start to finish was a success. The best crew ever! Polite, couteous, and a job well done.

I've been aware for some time that my 1976 home was lacking in both attic and crawl space insulation. After being referred to All About Energy by a co-worker, I contacted Chris for an estimate. Chris was prompt and professional and provided a thorough review of our home energy usage. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell every possible service. Instead he prioritized his recommendations and even suggested we not replace the crawl space insulation - that was a surprise! Focusing on the attic, Chris and his crew finished the work on-time without any issues. The insulation looks great and we immediately noticed a reduction in heat pump run-time. I recommend All About Energy without any reservation - Chris is very knowledgeable, the installation went smoothly, and they were enjoyable to work with. ( I also appreciate that Chris was prompt to communicate through email.)
