They were punctual. Completed the work in a timely fashion. The crew at the house were professional, frindly and courteous. I learned a lot about where energy can easily be saved. Chris was aware of my budget constraints and kept within the established parameters without sacrificing quality. The workspace was generally kept tidy. My only complaint was that the team had to walk through the main house on bamboo floors sometimes with dirty boots or wet boots and no precautions were taken to minimize the mess onn the floors. In hindsight I should have asked them to put paper on the floor. Overall the company performed well. They did what they said, when they said for the agreeed upon price. At times going beyond the basics and offetring help. Iam disabled and appreciate the small kindnesses Chris and his team showed me. Chris also provided referrals to other companies for unrelated work I need to have completed. Those referrals mean a lot as I am pleased with the ethics and value his compny provided me and am confident he wouls send me only to similarly aligned firms.

Chris explained how I would get the best value for my money and had it completely finished the next day while I was at work. Great job. Very satisfied.

Excellent crew! Excellent experience working with All About Energy. We would most definitely recommend to friends and neighbors. Knowledgeable and responsive staff. They arrived on time for the original assessment of our home insulation needs. We have 130 year old house that leaks (leaked) like a sieve. Everything was explained to us in detail before hand, the most cost effective plan was developed by Matt and they were quick to set up an immediate date for the work. Chris and Matt even went beyond the scope of the attic insulation and at our request demolished an old chimney to make it a more effective project. The guys were great, showed up on time, careful and courteous. It took them two days to finish the job right on schedule and they went above and beyond whatever was necessary to complete the job while sticking to the original budget. The house already feels better and I know we will reap the benefits of the correct insulation this coming cold weekend and the coming winter. Chris and Matt have a real passion for their work and want to take the time to ensure that the job is completed the 'right way'. we could not be happier.

Chris and his crew are EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable. They were clean and neat and answered all of our questions with great confidence, honesty and clarity. Chris started with a presentation to show how a house holds energy and where the costs of an energy bill originates. He then gave me a few options on what to do and save costs. His team did the work in the attic and I've already noticed the heater turning on less.

install went fine.....product seems to be working as it should was suppose to get a 500.00 rebate from Duke/Progress Energy (listed in the work order). after MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS to contact the owner, he FINALLY answered his phone and indicated that the paper work for the rebate was being processed (that was 2 weeks ago---- 21Sep2014)....as of 07Oct2014 the rebate has not and WILL NOT be paid!!!!!! Spoke with the power company on 06Oct and 07Oct was called by the power company. All About Energy Solutions has been removed as an authorized provider and per the representative, there have been multiple customers that did not receive there rebate as promised. The Rep. also stated that there is a 90 day window after the install that the rebate can be disbursed. Upon contact with Chris he indicated the he would pay the 500.00 out of his own pocket to meet this obligation should the power company not give the rebate. Chris DID give me the 500.00 to meet this obligation as promised. In mid-October i received a call from the rebate office from Duke Energy who asked if they could look at the job, with intention of pushing for the rebate to be paid (even though this was out of the 90 day window). The Duke Rep. showed up as planned...completed the inspection and stated that he was satisfied and the job met the rebate standards. The rep. stated that the he was sure they could make the rebate work even though the 90 day window was closed. The 500.00 rebate was disbursed on 30Nov2014. I returned the 500.00 to Chris on 01Dec2014. All is well that ends well and i do appreciate Chris stepping up and making this right. The install is working well and the power bills have declined dramatically since the install. Without all the issues of the rebate and calls sometimes not returned.......this would be a A+++ rating I hope this company does well and i would recommend them in the future.

I received a free energy audit on my house and was surprised I didn't have the insulation that I thought I did. Chris in his team found multiple areas in my Brunswick Forrest home that were not up to code on insulation. I had a radiant barrier installed in my attic, extra insulation blown in and changed every light in my house to LED's. I could not be happier. The money I am saving buys me many martini's! If you want to save money, call the folks at All About Energy Solutions!

In the beginning, I really liked these guys. In the end, they did not honor their written contract, were difficult to resolve issues and I am having to hire another professional to remove Hvac insulation due to improper install. I absolutely would under no circumstances recommend them to anyone. Extremely dissatisfied and it is my elderly mother's house and her money was wasted. She feels like she was scammed.

all the guys were very friendly yet still professional and the price for the work performed was very reasonable. they went above and beyond even though it wasnt a large project.

What can I say. These guys do a great job. They are great communicators and do what they say they will do. I found them to be very honest and they did the first portion of our job after 8pm one evening because they wanted to get the job done that day...amazing. I am very impressed with young men who are very motivated and have a great work ethic. I highly recommend them for any energy conservation project in/around your home.

There was confusion of pricing -- when he gave quote he said (i'll do this at no charge) but didn't write it on quote - later when we paid he charged us for it. The guys were ALL personable and respectful. The work itself was excellent. Once the bulk of the work was done we had problems getting them back for the small finishing touches. Overall I would recommend them

Chris Dehart and Tyrone Fagin are enthusiastic and thorough in planning and developing a contract. Their crew showed up on time, were respectful, carried away all debris, did not smoke on the property, finished on time and came back to complete a section that had to be left open due to a leak in a bathroom. They found some other problems that had to be addressed and went out of their way to refer us to other service professionals to address those problems. As a result, we got some badly damaged duct work taken care of and a leak we would not have known about in the bathroom. We were happy to deal with a veteran owned company and a Duke Energy aligned company. The one suggestion I have for anyone hiring them is that you get a receipt before you pay them. When the job was finished, Chris stopped by, my husband paid him and he promised a receipt would follow. Between 5/22/14 and 6/12/14 we contacted them 5 times asking for a receipt and for the photos they promised us, since it's difficult for us to crawl under the house. On 6/12/14, Chris sent a receipt with the incorrect amount listed as our final payment. When he came to collect, I was not home and my husband did not know what the final payment was to be. Chris charged him $2075 when we were supposed to pay $2050. No big deal, but when we finally received the receipt on 6/12/14 (needed for our tax and real estate records), it had the original amount of $2050 listed as our final payment. I sent an email to Chris asking to just change the figure to the correct amount (it's a PDF file and I can't fix it). He did not respond. We have contacted them 4 times since 6/12/14 and have not received a corrected receipt or a response. We never received the photos. We have left messages for both Chris and Tyrone without result. They also promised to file with Duke Energy so we would get credits for energy savings. I'm not sure if they've done that since they don't respond. I will check with Duke Energy myself. I would use this company again, but only if I got everything promised (including a receipt) prior to final payment.

They did a great job! I have saved money on my monthly electric bill and my house is so much more comfortable in the winter and summer. My attic looks neat, clean and SO much better with the insulation. I would recommend it to everyone. Money saver!!!

They never showed. They never called. I had prepaid for the service and found that very concerning.

I'm stunned. Completely blown away that the project isn't even close to done. All About Energy Solution did not insulate a 300 square foot section upstairs in my kid's bedroom and large area above kitchen upstairs. Dozens of air leaks were not sealed, recessed lighting was not sealed, blown in insulation was not to the depth required for R38. An installed attic access was poorly done, left unpainted or caulked. The access was not insulated in any way. A 600 refund off of a 3400 dollar project was offered. Chris did offer to fix the issues but given that his crews spent 3 days in and under my house and I cannot trust him to do the job right the second time. Chris was slow in responding to my complaints, slow to respond to Angie's list attempts at mediation. I have obtained a home inspector report verifying the contracted items were not done. As of 5/5/2014 I am now moving to sue All About Energy Solutions and begin a complaint with the better business bureau.

Chris and his crew were very professional and did a great job. They came when they said they would (started one day at 7 a.m. to work around our schedule!), were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Chris, his partner Tyrone, and the guys who work for them clearly love what they do, and are enthusiastic about the ways in which they can help their clients. They are very responsive to all your questions, and are upfront. Since they just finished the work today I can't comment yet on energy savings, but the house already feels more comfortable.

It went very well, better than I could have hoped for. They were very professional and courteous. I would be happy to refer them and hire them again.

I have been trying to contact this company since purchased the deal on Nov. 20th. I talked to the owner of the company the day I purchased; he told me to get my energy bill together and keep track of what I paid for the month and he would get back to me and I have never spoken to him again. They will not return my phone calls; I have spoke to other people at the company but they keep telling me they will call back and no one has. Update: Chris informed me of the reasons for the delay which were beyond his control. The work was done very well and his staff perfformng the work completed the work in a timely fashion. Chris went out of his way to make up for the unforeseen delay. We are considering All about Energy Solutions for some additional work in the future.

Chris and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were very proficient in the installation of the radiant barrier material. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. When they left, it looked exactly like they had never been her. With the changing of the light bulbs with high efficiency LED, there was a dramatic improvement in light, color of the light and energy savings. The light was much brighter and was very white and not the yellow tint from CFL light bulbs. Over the years, I have used a number of companies in the energy efficiency business By far Chris and All About Energy Solutions is the best. They have great customer services, are very knowledgeable and do not try to sell you things you do not need. They provided sound recommendations and options, did a great job during installation and stand by their work. What more can you ask for? I cannot recommend them enough

The provider didn't show up or call on the date scheduled, but did come the next day. They did a great job with the insulation. They were helpful in addition to the insulation job they did, because they pointed out other things we might be interest in, such as LED light bulbs and sealing some areas in the attic. We were interested in a quote but the provider said to wait, try out the lightbulbs over the weekend, and he'd talk about a quote when he returned Monday for the lightbulbs. So, assuming he had other appointments, we agreed to wait. A couple weeks later, we finally returned the lightbulbs. They are a good investment, but we found them online since he didn't return. And even though they did a great job, they've lost the additional business. I do recommend them if you don't mind possibly having to wait beyond a scheduled appointment. They do a good job. Maybe they're just getting too busy and need to hire more help?growing pains.

I love that Chris is a veteran and works so hard. His guys were great and I will tell all of my friends about them. I wish I could bring them to New York to do my house there. Highly recommend these guys!
