Alan T Byrd Plumbing & Pump

He and his son, who works along with him, replaced the garbage disposal and hot water heater. They did an excellent job, professional and also had them to check out my toilets while they were there. They found some parts in the toilets that needed to be replaced and I wasn't surprise. The toilets are 16 years old! I initially called Mr. Byrd because I used him in the past and really liked him and his work. While he was there to replace the garbage disposal he asked me how old the hot water heater was and I told him 16 years old and he said it should be replaced and I agreed and he saved me some time by doing that job while he was at my home that day and also the toilets!! I will always call Mr. Byrd for my plumbing needs!!! I have referred him to my friends and neighbors.

He does excellent work, prompt, good price and professional. He worked us in quickly when he realized how bad our situation was. The water company let us know that 80,000 gallons of water went through our meter. I was out of town so Alan came over immediately and shut off the water. He worked with our sheetrock contractor to make sure they were cutting into the correct places in the walls to cause as little disruption/damage as possible.

. Mr. Byrd works with his son and between them they have more than 30 years experience with wells, pumps and general plumbing. They were prompt, professional, knew what they were doing and didn't condescend because I was a woman. While their business card states they specialize in pump repairs and water well service, they also offer general repairs, irrigation repair and water and sewer installation. The client they saw before me, just needed a leaky toilet fixed. It was the best experience I had with the trades in a long time
