My home warranty found and dispatched this company. I was lucky as this company was quick to schedule and prompt when showing up. They gave me the pre-day warning call to confirm the time. Problems were diagnosed quickly and the technician was concerned as to why the breaker tripped. Perhaps other technicians would have just fixed the issue and been done. But this technician was diligent about discovering why. He was thorough and professional.

The problem was identified within a very short time and the part was replaced. There were a few other issues minor issues that the technician also identified and repaired. He showed up 5 minutes early to the appointment, the service was completed within 1 and 1/2 hrs (and completed correctly), the technician wore booties over his shoes to not track dirt in my home and put a drop cloth under his ladder. I commented numerous times on the professionalism displayed by the technician. He was also very knowledgable about his company and provided me with information about having the unit serviced yearly. I actually felt like I was in good hands and wasn't trying to get ripped off!!!! (I had a bad experience with a previous hvac company) I have already contacted the company about the protection plan and making them my preferred contact with my home warranty company.

I called on a Thursday for an air conditioning issue. They were able to get contractors to the house and the problem solved by Friday afternoon! They have done a lot of work on my house heating/air systems, and they have ALWAYS been proficient, kind and professional. I could not ask for better service. Thank you!

The service was great. My heat would not come on. Over the phone, they tried to get me to put it in emergency heat and still wasn't working. Someone came out the next day to figure out what was wrong. Every time he came in the house he put blue slip overs over his boots and was very respectful and checked everything thoroughly. He also explained why the heat wasn't working becaue the sensor was reading the temp of the air was much higher then it actually was. So the system though it was hot and blowing hot air. After it was disconnected everything worked perfectly. After i came back from a short deployment I was able to get them back to finish the install. Couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended.

Extremely professional and conscientious. They gave me a great price on the PM and the service. I could not have beat the deal any where else! I asked questions while the tech was working and he happily answered and showed me what he was doing and why. Very impressed with the service and their attitude. Would happily use them again and have no problem recommending to friends and neighbors.

Came out for $99 annual check deal and fixed a poorly installed condensate drain line as part of the inspection.

The tech showed up on time and called just before he arrived. He was very professional and even wore what appeared to be hair nets on his boots to prevent tracking dirt into my house. I told him that my a/c was blowing but not cooling. He walked me through what he was doing as he was doing it. He told me I had a bad capacitor and compared it to a properly functioning capacitor with an ohmmeter. After he replaced that, he checked the pressure in the line and discovered it was low. We then checked for leaks and he found one in the air handler coil in the attic. He had a bottle of solution that he sprayed on the coil that found the leak. He said the solution reacted with the freon in the lines and it began to bible on one spot so we knew exactly where it was leaking. He told me I had two options: 1) replace the coil for $800-$900 or 2) he could put some sealant into the lines that would slowly repair the leak for just $45. He explained that the sealant did not always work but since the leak was so small there would be a good chance it worked. I went with sealant option. He then told me his price for freon which was $45/pound and anything over .2 over a whole pound would be considered a another pound. I was freaking out at his point because I was looking at $400 total once the job was done. I asked him if he could work with me on price and he obliged. He ended up putting in just over 3 pounds and only charged me for 2!!! I saved $90 bucks! i shed a tear. my a/c as been pumping out arctic winds ever since. Thank you AirServ.

Came out earlier than they originally were able to due to high heat weekend and non functional unit very helpful and quick service

We were alerted about half an hour before the reps came - and they were right on schedule. They put booties on before entering our home (nice touch). They thoroughly inspected and cleaned inside and outside units. They discovered that our thermostat was not working correctly and replaced it on the spot. We thought that it was not working correctly, so it was nice that they realized it, also. They gave us a very nice discount on the thermostat and showed us how it works. They were very polite, friendly and professional. We will definitely recommend this company and will use them again!

The service went well. Fast and easy

Rich did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He kept us apprised of plans, which were complicated by his having to deal with the bureaucracy of the Home Warranty company. We had been without AC for 3 weeks (in July/August!) because two previous contractors had quit. The first had tried to extort additional money from us, the second couldn't come to a price agreement with the Home Warranty, even though they are contracted to work with them. Rich was busy, but realistic about his schedule and made no promise he couldn't keep (something contractor #2 was guilty of). We just had the unit inspected and approved yesterday and couldn't be happier with his work. We have a small remodeling project coming up and will definitely call him in for an estimate on the ducting work that needs to be done.

I had a new two stage heat pump installed by Rich. He came out a few days before to give me an estimate, and was very courteous, and knowledgeable. I have been looking into different companies for a few weeks, however I felt that he gave me the best deal and honest services for my money. He also came out a week later to check up on the system, just to make sure that everything was working ok. He also gave me an upgraded system than the one that I originally asked for (3 1/5 Ton vice 3 Ton) at a cheaper price than the competitors. Plus every time he came into the house he wore "booties" over his shoes, that shows class in itself. After the fact, I am grateful because of the amount of sq.. ft. that my house is at, and he knew that the existing unit wasn't enough to support it. Although it was quite a bit of money to spend on this new "Goodman" unit, but I'm glad that I did, and I would recommend this guy to anyone that I know in the future. Thanks Rich you are awesome!! Oh and it came with a full warranty, need I say any more?

I called Aire Serv on a Sunday afternoon after a couple days of no heat. He was very sympathetic and came out on Monday at my convenience. He made the repairs and explained to me what was going on and was very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs heating and cooling service.

Rich Watson and Aire Serv has helped me on numerous occasions. They are honest, professional, prompt, and excellent in every aspect of customer service and knowledge. I will never use another HVAC company as long as they are around! Please consider them for all of your HVAC needs. They will go above and beyond and you will know you got "your money's worth".

I had bought a maintenance agreement with them. I am very satisfied. They were very professional in their dealings with me. They made sure they didn't leave any tracks or anything. I was very pleased with them. He was very punctual. He came when he said and told me how long he was going to be. That was about how long it was. It was a good experience.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The lady on the phone was polite and the technician was knowledable and friendly. He even put on shoe covers to come into my home. I have never had a technician do that before! I did not feel as if he was rushing just to get the job done. He spent more time checking my unit than anyone else that has been to my home. I highly recommend this company!
