I made an appointment to have my dryer vents cleaned because I was sure it was causing the problem with my dryer not working properly. Chip made the appointment with me (after I waited two days for him to call me back), and on the appointed time and date he never showed up. I had left work early to meet him and I never heard from him. I called him twice and left messages and he never called me back.
