I was so happy to find Advanced Irrigation for issues that occur every spring when the irrigation system at a rental property is turned back on. Tom is easy to work with, prices are fair, workmanship has been great. Truly recommend.

Tom said he was available in a week and estimated what was probalbly burnt. He called that day to confirm he was coming, showed up and in under two hours fixed everything . Him and his partner worked quickly and installed the new hunter control units neatly. He had the apple credit card swiper so I was able to pay with CC. He gave me the special Hunter sprinkler key and a old paperwork for a hunter sprinkler so I could adjust them myself in the future.Advanced Irrigation is my first call for irrigation work.

Exceptionally well. I expected it would take at least two visits. Provider was prompt and extremely professional. He advised me of issues at hand, the cost and started immediately. Work was completed in less than two hours. Very impressed and so grateful that he took time away from already scheduled work to take care of my needs.

Tom responded immediately to my phone call, scheduled an appointment at a time that worked for me, and was exactly on time. He did not have the part on his truck due to his supplier being out of them (lots of people with same problem). He came back 2 cays later and replaced the part, then adjusted the entire system pointing my sprinkler heads in the proper direction, and instructed me how to adjust the arc myself. Great job. I highly recommend him and will certainly call him again.

Tom was very professional, explained everything he was going to do and showed me where the drip line was leaking and where the seals were broken on the 6 heads. He was on time, and kept me posted on his progress. Thanks and if any other problems arise, we will be calling him.

Tom did a good job explaining what he was doing and educating us on how the system operates along with making the necessary repairs to enable the system to operate effectively.

Tom, the owner who did all the work himself, was outstanding in every respect. He was very responsive, showed up on time, made suggestions and completed the work in a very professional and timely manner. He is smart and hardworking, not to mention his knowledge of and experience in the that field. He revived an underground sprinkler system that was dormant for many years before I recently purchased the house. One cannot but respect him and trust his work. He had everything he needed in his truck and worked very efficiently. It was a pleasure watching him work. Lastly, he is a gentleman with a very nice personality. I would highly recommend him to others.

I did not feel that their price was too much for the work that they did. I have used them two times. They were good and very professional. They did what I expected from them.

Quick, professional, quality work

I called Tom based on a referral from another lawn irrigation company who said they were too busy to get to me, but that they recommended Advanced Irrigation and thought they could get to me sooner. I called Tom at Advanced Irrigation and left him a voice mail. He returned my call later that day and set up an appointment for the following week. I asked if he could call me about 30 minutes in advance of showing up so I could leave the office and be at the house when he arrived. Not only did Tom call me 30 minutes in advance on the day of the appointment, but he arrived at the early time of the time range he had given me. Tom was polite and professional. He took the time to talk with me about the system including my needs and desires. Having recently moved into this house, we found that one zone of the sprinkler system was not working (and the lawn sprinkler system was about the only thing not inspected prior to purchasing the house). We had no layout of the system, so Tom had to search for the solenoid valves. He and his assistant found the solenoid valves, fixed the bad one, checked all the zones for leaking heads, replaced 3, and added one new head for me in an area not getting coverage. I will definitely use Tom and Advanced Irrigation again!
