+ -1 moreA husband/wife team came in to clean. Fans, cobwebs, all surfaces. Disinfected baths and made kitchen sparkle. Floors cleaned and mopped. Very friendly couple. Their work ethic is awesome! I really love that the cleaning fee is flat rate rather than hourly: $140 initial, then $115 subsequent services.
Description of Work: Cleaned my entire house.

+ 1 moreGreat service I enjoyed talking with the owners they showed up fully uniformed, id badge 3 people and they cleaned everything even areas I told them not to worry about. Hubby even fixed my washer. Real nice people.

+ -1 moreFirst I was expecting 1-2 people, but an entourage showed up, two of which were very young teenage boys that should have been in school. It was obviously a family affair, one female, 3 males; I was immediately not comfortable with that many people in my home. They used their stinky vacuum which did sub par cleaning, which I had to get my own out to clean up behind them after they left. The true happiness came when I discovered they had mopped (dirty mop) and placed my nice area rug back on top before drying, fortunately it did not come through the actual carpet fibers, but the backing looks just like I said "dirty mop, dirty water", it is ruined. I promise my house is actually pretty clean and well picked up, was just looking for some help, so time could be spent on other things. Definitely the reason I'm hesitant to have people in to help, not truly a professional.
Description of Work: Basic house cleaning, dust furniture, mop bathrooms and kitchen floors, and vacuum.
