 + -1 more24 Fit is a small-ish fitness facility on Market Street in the Ogden area. It is very convenient with fob access 24/7. They have a good offering of aerobic, universal, and free weight options. They also have trainers who offer guided instruction and workouts. I have found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. As noted, the space is small and can be a little cramped at times but not always. 24 Fit does not require a contract so it's a great place to try. I hear lots of griping about other facilities in town but have never heard anyone complain about this one.

Description of Work: We met with Joe, owner and operator of 24 Fit. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, as are other staff. We had passed by the gym several times, since it is on a major thoroughfare, but it did not look like it would be very large. It is indeed smaller than most gyms, but big enough to accommodate the clients. There are adequate machines, and there is no problem with others working out at the gym.

 + -1 more24Fit has several things going for it. First of all, in my case, it is less than 3 miles from my house. Second, the monthly dues are only $20-$24. Third, there is NO contract required. You just pay month-to-month. Fourth, access to the club is 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The inside is very clean and has a surf/beach theme. The space is divided half into cardio equipment, and half into strength training. Wait times to use equipment are minimal. I would highly recommend this fitness club to anyone!
Description of Work: I have been going to 24Fit for several months now, and it is the best gym I've ever been a member of. I started going to work on my cardio, along with some strength training. The owner Joe is a certified personal trainer, and is always willing to give you free advice. Also, he and his co-owner Judie are super friendly.

 + -1 more24Fit has one each of a good variety of gym machines, plus multiple treadmills, ellipticals, free weights. Equipment is new. When I first joined I got helpful advice on equipment use. Generally overnight and weekends no staff is present so you are on your own, but on occasion I have come in during day business hours and asked for and gotten additional training in equipment use. Staff, when present, is helpful. Several outside trainers meet and work with their clients here. Facility is well kept, clean and secure (24 hour video monitoring). Have had no issues with the equipment. Other users by in large friendly and easy to cooperate with on machine access. No arbitrary time limits on equipment use. Shower and restrooms available. Web site is http://24fit.biz (Angie's List does not recognize this as a legit web address). Drinking fountains have high iron content water which you might wish to avoid. Bottled water is for sale on site or bring your own.
Description of Work: This is a small neighborhood gym - fitness center. No appointment needed. Access 24 hours for members using an issued fob. Have been using regularly for 4 months. Access at odd hours a plus for me.
