 + -1 moreI travel a lot, my mom was complaining about her laptop, the keys were broken and it was acting very slow. I went on Angie's list, Jason had best reviews. He was getting ready to leave on vacation but helped my mom provide her computer specifics so he could order the replacement keyboard before he left. As soon as he returned from vacation, he picked up my moms computer, replaced the keyboard and then did a great analysis of what was slowing her computer down. He removed all the problems, and provided my 70 year old mother great training on how to use the spyware, anti virus programs. He made my mom very comfortable while I was not in town, I would highly recommend Jason to anyone who desires personal service with their computer problems. He was simply great.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken keyboard on my moms laptop computer. Cleaned the hard drive of all viruses and excess junk files, provided great new anti virus software and explained it all to my 70 year old mother.

 + -1 moreOur computer kept running really slowly, and we ran virus checks which continuously came up with viruses on our computer. We called Up and Running and Jason took our computer right away. It only took him a couple of days to let us know that it was ready. He explained the problem and fixed it. We are very happy with his work, and we will be using this company again in the future.
Description of Work: Ran through all of our virus and malware protection systems. Found problem with computer locking up and running slowly. Removed original malfunctioning antivirus and installed new antivirus program.
