+ 0 moreAfter a bathroom remodel gone bad I called on Scott Zimmerman to re-do the entire plumbing install. I was so grateful that he responded immediately and repaired the issues. This is a company I can depend on. I know that whatever they work on will be done timely and accurately. From now on this will be the only plumbing company I call on.

Description of Work: Scott came highly recommended by top-shelf contractors in Cary, and he did not disappoint. In fact we tried another plumber who was not up to the challenge. Scott and his team were very professional, punctual, and did an excellent job. They installed a new tub in our upstairs master bathroom, and they performed the work at a very reasonable price. I will only use Scott Zimmerman Plumbing going forward and I highly recommend them.

+ 0 moreExcellent. Very fast service, and quality work. Worked with the business owner who was extremely friendly and polite. His other employee that helped with the work was also easy to work with. Water heater replacement went great, and cost around what I was expecting. Check valve replacement cost was a bit of a shock considering it was a 30 minute job with two small brass parts.
Description of Work: Water Heater replacement, and check valve replacement for incoming line to hot water heater and a recirculation line.

Scott picked up the phone despite it being after business hours, walked my husband through how to keep the cold water on (crucial with two little ones at home), and then was out to do the repairs at the time he had promised the next day. We will call Scott with any future needs - very glad we found him!

+ -1 moreThe work was done in a quality fashion with very limited rework. We passed all inspections in a timely manner, in fact one inspector questioned a missing feature which Zimmerman had actually installed correctly and had to withdraw the issue. Scott Zimmerman was brought in by a general contractor I had hired but I worked with him directly on scheduling, final design decisions and issues and always found him courteous, forth wright and professional.
Description of Work: Finished Basement - installed a full bath, kitchen sink and connection for washing machine.

Description of Work: We had a major leak in a pipe in our living room ceiling which had soaked the furniture and carpet oner night. He came and replaced pipe right away.

Description of Work: Did plumbing for new sink. Installed new faucet. The new sink was larger and deeper than previous sink so installation required cutting, moving, and lowering some existing plumbing.
