Lorraine has always been responsive to our needs. When the holidays fall on our regular cleaning day she fits us in on another day so I know my home will be ready for family.

We've been using them for a year and a half. We interviewed a couple of other people and what we liked about LST is that you pretty much have the same team coming in and they get to know your house really well. They're a little more expensive than the other people we interviewed but I think it's a matter of you get what you pay for. One of the best things about them is the woman who runs the place is readily accessible by email. If you have any concern, she's willing to work with you and that means a lot.

Lorraine came for a onsite visit to our home prior to the services beginning a few weeks later. She was extremely thorough in walking through every room in our house to be cleaned and writing up a detailed report on the way we like our house cleaned. And because we have two dogs indoors that are like our kids:) she made certain to make additional notations on how they were to be treated while they were in our home cleaning since my husband and I would be away for work at the time they were cleaning. It amazes me as to the extra detail they spend on cleaning out from under dressers and night stands and so on!! They found a package of white envelopes underneath my desk a few months ago that I had searched for months for! Who would ever think to look under the desk that is rarely if ever seen! We are assigned a Team 1 and they are exceptional ! I would highly recommend! And good Christian ladies too!

LST was recommended to us by friends who initially found them through Angie's List. After hearing our friends' review and reading reviews here online, we decided to contact Lorraine (owner) for an estimate. We had an appt scheduled within a week of our initial phone call and she was even kind enough to come in the evening so that I wouldn't have to take any time off of work to be at home during the day. At the estimate, she was very kind, friendly, paid attention to detail and took notes on what we did/didn't want cleaned or touched throughout the house. The initial cleaning took place 2-3 weeks after our first meeting. The cleaning crew consisted of about 4 women (I thinkand hellip;we weren't home) over a 3 hour period. At our initial meeting, Lorraine estimated the cleaning would take about 3 hours. However, the cleaning went over the estimated time but we were not charged any additional feesand hellip;which we think is honorable and we highly appreciate. We have agreed to a cleaning routine of every 4 weeks and we look forward to continue having LST in our home.

We like everything about them. They communicate a lot and they are very friendly. They are reliable.

Lorraine charges us round about $100 for our house. It is based on the insides of one's house. The first cleaning was $80 an hour. Lorraine is the manager and she encourages her employees to stay with her by having rewards for them. She gets customer feedback for them and uses it to determine the rewards. She also gives them performance benefits.

I used Angie's List to request a contact from Lorraine and within an hour of my email she had contacted me by phone to set up a time to meet and discuss my requirements. She is very professional and everything she explained and left for my review was also available on her website. One of the key selling points to this company is her willingness and ability to provide flexibility in scheduling. There are many options to choose (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc). Her crew was prompt, professional, and courteous and performed their job efficiently and effectively. I was very happy to come home to a sparkling clean home! I now use the service every other week and I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Lorraine's Special Touch Cleaning Service.

We have used LST Cleaning for 15 years. They have always been very professional and thorough. I especially appreciate the flexibility Lorraine provides. We have a few rooms we switch out to be cleaned. Our service is every 2 weeks and that works very well for us. She is also reasonable when we request skipping a week when on vacation if enough notice is given. I have no complaints whatsoever.

There is a group of 4 women who are supervised by a manager. They are completely professional and extremely polite and attentive to my needs. LST asks for feedback every week in regards to their service. And in return have pointed out things that needed fixing (ex, one of my dining room chairs was scarring my hardwood floors.) I have had several other services the last of which was one women who stayed at he house for 1.5-2 hrs for $75. LST has 4 women who are there for ~1.75 for $110. They do such a thorough job that I'm considering going to every other week.

Lorraine is great! She is very professional and prompt. Came out and gave us a complete estimate after a thorough walk-thru of our home. She took detailed notes on our preferences and made sure that they were followed. A team of three comes every 2 weeks to clean and does a fantastic job. You won't be disappointed!

I have tried 3 other services and none can compare to how hard the workers do their job and how professionally they behave.
