Description of Work: Cleaned septic tank, including two tanks, which I have heard many companies do not do. They left my yard in the same condition that they found it, including digging up and replacing the grass needed to find the tank openings. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Pumped septic system. Fixed effluent filter. The filter was installed improperly by the builder and you could not get the filter out to clean it. Also had Hardees install risers on my septic tank so we would not have to dig to find the caps the next time I need to have the septic tank pumped. Bill and his son did an excellent job. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: He came out to pump our tank & informed us we also had a second tank, that would also need pumped. We dug up access to the 2nd pump & called him to come back out. He came right out & pumped both tanks. Thanks! |

Description of Work: While it took some time to get on their service schedule (3 emails and 2 phone calls), once they arrived their work was outstanding.Tony arrived was very open on the working and care of my particular system. The work was accomplished in under an hour, and he left the area as he found it (except for the empty tank). I would highly recommend Hardee's Septic Tank Services and plan on using them again in the future

+ -1 moreBill and son assisted in locating the tank, spent hours searching for the tank at no cost to me. Tony followed up the next day with the truck and clean the tank. Tony spent quality time with me, educating me on many things I need to know about septic tanks. When I mentioned I was hearing a gurgling sound after the water drained from my tubs, he suctioned out the sewer lines which cleared a blockage. This little extra service saved me from calling a plumber.
