They did not finish when he said they would. He had trouble with his crew, so work was extended by a week. He did not honor the portion of the contract that said they would repair or replace anything that they damaged during the job. After reinstalling one of our double-cell blinds up after the painting, it did not work anymore. He insinuated that I was lying when I said that it was, indeed, working before they reinstalled it. It took months of hounding him to get him to address the issue. After 8 months he told us that he could not repair or replace it, so he'd pay us cash for it. He still hasn't done it, and it has been over 10 months since the job started. The paint on the kitchen woodwork started chipping after one month. There are paint drips on the woodwork in several places in the house. The ceilings look good. There are many missed spots on the brick fireplaces.

The rotted would was custom cut to allow screens to get installed on windows, the contractors didn't take this into consideration when replacing the wood and now I can't properly install my screens. Part of the work was to complete some items found on a home inspection, a loose hand railing for my stairs was on the list, they didn't do anything to fix it. When I tried to reach out to the contractor, he promised multiple times to come back to finish his work and eventually he stopped replying to me.

Rich was very responsive returning calls in a timely manner and coming to the house to do an estimate. He made some great suggestions and offered up his professional opinion on color and trim work. The work was done in a timely manner he called us to let us know updates on the schedule. The work was very professional he and his workers were very courteous. Overall great experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

They will do custom faux painting and straight painting. They will do everything from trim work detail on exterior work to detail work on the inside. The owner of the company is extremely neat, clean, and makes sure to do detailed finished work. He will not accept anything less than perfection.
