+ -1 moreThey did work for us twice. We have two systems: one is gas heat forced air, and the other is a heat pump. They replaced the gas furnace (which has a separate external Air Conditioning Condenser) and all of the duct work in the crawl space. That was about three years ago. The second system, which was the heat pump and a remote outdoor unit air source, was put in in February of 2010. He is a small company but he does what he says for the price that he quotes. As far as we can tell he does good work.
Description of Work: Design Mechanical Inc did the annual checkup and routine service of our Heating and A/C systems.
