He called me on Monday morning and insisted he could bring it buy. I gave him my address and he came by. We were talking and it came up he was an electrician. He looked into an electrical issue and he ended figuring out that it was just a light switch that need to be flipped. He ended up charging me $90.00 for flipping a light switch on when I never even knew he was an electrician to begin with. I feel like he took complete advantage of a senior citizen under the influence of medication
Description of Work: He called me in response to a question I had posted about a bag to cover a leaf blower on an unrelated website.

It is obvious to see [member name removed] under the influence of medication that he said he was under can remember more than I can. The only thing he seem not to remember, is that he called me, Cottens Electric Service Inc. The second time about me being a licensed electrician that he could use me to check an electrical problem. My employee and myself stop by his house made the repair necessary, he asked what he owed? I told him $135.00 was standard but because of his age $90.00 was fine! I also gave him the grass bag he was looking on the Radio flea market show and we left his home NOTE! I should sent a bill for this time I spent on this letter. I am sending a letter to you, the in list of several I have received over the 25 years I have been in business, that shows the way I response my customers.

Mr. Cotten, himself, and one helper performed the service. Very prompt and fast and efficient workers and very neat. Very cost conscious in quoting and performing work. Did not cause any damage to my cabinets whatsoever. Did not leave any debris. Mr. Cotten suggested the best lighting options for the project, and he was correct. Love my under-the-cabinet lighting.
Description of Work: Installed under-the-cabinet lighting in my kitchen. Mr. Cotten has provided electrical services and has completed a number of various electrical projects for me as well as my Dad over the past several years. Very experienced. Very good at cost effectively troubleshooting repairs as well when called.
