7/15 I posted: (rating them overall C, price B, quality C, responsiveness A, punctuality/professionalism B.) They promised a level of detail that they did not deliver the first time. They offered to return in 2 weeks and provide an extra 4 hours for free. While I suggested that perhaps their equipment was not working well enough, the bigger concern was why the employees did not feel empowered to call the office to tell them the vacuum was not working or ask to borrow mine. Some things were well done, but too many things were missed. We will try one more time, but after that will likely part ways. 7/26 UPDATE They did not like the above review- which was fair- so they reneged on their offer to return to re-do the inadequate job done last time. Downgraded their ratings in responsiveness and professionalism as a result.

Two women showed up just as I was leaving. When I arrived home I found my house to be very clean. They even caught usually overlooked things such as my picture frames and wood at the base on my stair rail. I could definitely tell that they cleaned the floors by hands because every corner was clean. I'd recommend them and will be using them on a monthly basis now.
