Kenny & I set an appt, via email, for Friday April 3rd to have come look at my yard & provide an estimate. After multiple attempts to contact Kenny on Thursday & Friday for a confirmation time, no show...still no word.

I am disappointed to write this negative review. I was hoping for a much better outcome with A Plus Lawn Care Services Inc and I was really hoping to work out an ongoing service with Kenny. The problem I have experienced is lack of timely communication and failure to show when appointments are made and confirmed. I am open to Kenny contacting me and correcting this. If anything changes, I will update this review. I messaged Kenny via Angie's List on 7/31. I called the business the following day and left a message, thinking perhaps he does not watch Angie's List communication or maybe the email was filtered to his Junk mail. I received a response via Angie's list on 8/4. We made arrangements for Kenny to come over on 8/6. Kenny did not show. I called him, no answer, I left a message. I then messaged him via Angie's List. Kenny responded via Angie's List on 8/8. He apologized, stating a scheduling error due to not using Angie's List to setup appointments and he forgot we had a scheduled appointment. We rescheduled for 8/11. Kenny did not show, he has not called, no email, and no message via Angie's List.

They did a basic yard cleanup service.. I was so pleased that I called their office afterwards to let him know how pleased I was with the work. That was back in December and now in April I contacted them again to come back out and do more work. Several times they told me they didn't respond because my emails keep going to their junk mail and they have not added me to their account. I contacted them by phone to see if they were still coming out this week and I got no response. At this point I am going to unfortunately give up on their company. I waited about two weeks before giving up. I was hoping that they would be my regular goi to company and perhaps I wiould agree to a contract with them but for some reason they seem really unreliable at the moment. It's really a shame because I was so thrilled that I would have let them put a sign up in the yard for a few days. Hopefully I'll find a great replacement here on Angie's list :-)

They did a great job. They were very professional, on time, they scheduled quick, they came out when they said they would, they did quality work, and then they followed up a couple of days later to make sure it was satisfactory, which it was, and I have no complaints. I would use them again. The price was a good deal for the service that they gave. I have paid people more to do the same work, and they did not follow up.

Kenny and his crew are incredible. It was cold and damp, but they managed to trim bushes and clear my lawn and around my house of about four years' worth of leaves and pine needles in such a short period of time! AND, the gutters (at least the parts that were not frozen). When I first contacted his company, Kenny came out and gave me an estimate. It was right on target. This spring, he is going to come back and do some landscaping and in the fall, seed the yard. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, punctuality and the quality of work -- and I mean work. They did not stop until the job was completed.
