+ -1 moreVery well. Courteous and professional installers. Mr. Roberson was very pleasant and offered the most efficient solutions for our heating and cooling needs. The resulting install reduced our electric bill by approximately $100 per month.
Description of Work: Replaced upstairs heat pump (and duct work) and downstairs gas pack with more energy efficient units. Our old units were over twenty years old.

+ -1 moreThe team, Curtis, Greg, and Larry, arrived on time on Wed. 9/25 and worked from 8:30am to 2:30pm installing the downstairs unit. On Tues. 9/26, they arrived at 8:30am and installed the upstairs unit and cleaned up the area and left at 1:45pm. They did an excellent job ! JR, who quoted the job and is one of the owners, came on Wed. to check on the job and he programed the thermostat controls based on my requested set points. They were all polite, professional,and helpful with explainations when questioned. They disassembled the old units carefully and put down tarpaulins and plastic runners over the floor and up the stairs to protect the wood and carpet. All the old equipment was removed and the the area of work was left clean. I also purchased a 2 year service agreement. I recommend the product, Trane, and the contractor, Roberson's Heating and Air Conditioning. The units are impressive and QUIET.
Description of Work: They replaced the heating and air conditioning units downstairs and upstairs. They removed the old units and cleaned up the area. The Trane units installed were XL16 downstairs and XL15 upstairs.

+ -1 moreHe also informed is if the electrical reports anything he will come and take care of it even though he does not believe anything is needed. He called promptly informed us when he would be here and arrived in the window stated. Nice to see folks care.
Description of Work: Our heat was out to the 1st floor. He can and identified it was a disconnect box failure and to provide us heat he bypassed the disconnect box and let me know to have an electrician come out and what to ask for so they know what to ask for.

Description of Work: I called for a check up on an air conditioner that had not been in service since 2009. The technician came by within one hour of my call which I was not expecting. I thought I would have to wait another day. He also did a complete checkup of the system and told me what was needed. He said the system was in good condition and did not need any expensive treatments to get it working correctly.
