+ -1 moreHorrible experience. Troy is extremely unprofessional in appearance and then did not complete the job. As of 8/16, he had not followed up with me or the warranty company to order parts. Last communication was that it was the control board via text on 8/9 @ 3:35pm edt.
Description of Work: Dryer has heating element going out. called out warranty company. Found he tries to get business through you. Figured you would want to know he took my money, did none of the work, and did not follow up with me or the warranty company.
